Great hotel and stay!

It was crap - simply crap - the worst food we ever had. The bartender was nice - but wow terrible food. And the breakfast - WOW crap

Rooms are huge pool and hot tub are fantastic. Toiletries are provided which is very helpful! Highly recommend

Le séjour était correct. La propreté de la chambre laissait à désirer et pourrait être améliorée. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon, avec un bon choix de produits. J’espère que l’hôtel accordera davantage d’attention à la propreté à l’avenir.

It is located 15 mins drive away from the airport. It’s in a nice small town with restaurants and cafes, so it’s nice that you can walk around and not stuck in the airport area only. But, one thing that I wish Expedia warned us on the listing is that they don’t offer shuttle bus service on weekends. So, we had to order an uber and paid 25 euros to get over there:(.Pool and jacuzzi were nice and the staff were kind. It’s right off highway but safe to walk around and it’s peaceful. Just watch out for the traffic when you cross the road. The room was cleaned okay but the hallway needs to be vacuumed and well maintained.

This property is located close from the Barajas Airport, and good access to downtown Madrid using the Metro and bus.

The Hotel Shuttle doesn't work on the Holidays. Unheard of. This is not banking shuttle rather its hospitality business that opens 365 days a year. Also, the WIFI was down all night long. This is not acceptable.

The airport shuttle was very helpful, picking us up at car rental return the night of our stay and taking us back to the airport the next morning for our flight. Desk staff were courteous. The restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. Our flight was too early to sample breakfast, but we did enjoy the pool! Our room was spacious, with an adjoining space for teenage children. Happy to recommend the convenience and amenities of this hotel for an early morning departure.

Needed a hotel near the airport for myself and 2 friends. We were leaving extremely early the next day. This hotel was convenient, and they helped us get a better room since I had reserved for 2 originally. Highly recommend!

Room was spacious and clean, very convenient to walk every where

The airport shuttle doesn't run on weekends, or overnight (which they do make known on the website), but it would be more helpful and convenient for guests and travelers. The breakfast doesn't open until 8:00 am, which makes it difficult if you have tours planned, or a morning flight. Same in the evening, the restaurant doesn't begin serving until 8.00pm. There were very few staff who could speak English, so communication was hard. Overall, it's a very nice hotel, the beds were comfortable, and rooms very clean, and there is a nice rooftop pool and hot tub. The food they served was excellent.

Perfect hotel for a stay near the airport. Excellent customer service from all staff at the hotel, clean rooms & uncomfortable beds, free shuttle to/from airport. We had dinner there the night before our flight left and it was very good. Continental Breakfast was also good. Would definitely stay there again!
