B&B Franca is a quality place to stay. It is clean and quiet, and the owners offer wonderful hospitality. The view from the front rooms and terrace are stunning, as seen in the photograph. While staying there for a 10 day conference, I found easy accessibility to trains, the port area, and markets, including late night restaurants, wine shop, pharmacy, and a treed park with Saturday market. Staying there will truly enhance your visit to Naples.

My wife, my son, and I spent two nights at B&B Franca in mid-June. This B&B is an apartment on the seventh floor (counting the Italian way) of an apartment building in the Vomero section of Naples The apartment is not new (I guess it was built in the sixties), but clean, airy, and well-kept. A few remaining quirks add to the feeling of living in a home. The apartment consists of a dining/living room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a kitchen. My wife and I were in the southwest (sea) bedroom, which has a beautiful large door/window on a terrace shared with the dining/living room. This bedroom has a private bathroom and a mini-split A/C unit. Our son was placed in a smaller bedroom on the hill side; this room does not have A/C. The dining/living room and the third bedroom have mini-split AC units. Since we were the only ones in the apartment during our stay, we were able to keep doors and windows open as we liked and be comfortable throughout our stay. We spent several hours in the late afternoon and evening in the apartment, and enjoyed the quiet location and beautiful view fully, after a day of sightseeing. Franca and Enrica were out of town. Their proxy, Patrizia, welcomed us, made us feel at home, and prepared breakfast during our stay. She gave us the excellent suggestion to buy take-out food from local shops for a quiet dinner. The dining room table has a beautiful view of the Bay of Naples (see photo with Capri on the right-hand side). I had also been at this B&B in 2008 with a graduate student of mine when attending a conference and was similarly pleased. I recommend this B&B.

Fantastic experience, totally recommend it. The hosts are absolutely charming and make you feel home in no-time. Also will help you to find taxi / places to go in Naples. The appartment is lovely and the view over the bay of Naples and Capri is simply breathtaking!

My husband and I together with my sister stayed at B&B Napoli Franca for 2 nights and 3 nights for my sister, Anita. Franca and Enrico are the nicest Italian couple we have ever met! They made us felt at home and arranged our trip to San Giovanni Rotondo to the Sanctuary of Padre Pio and our tour of Herculaneum and Pompeii. The room appeared as seen in the photos. The room is cleaned everyday. We were served continental breakfast and homemade bread/cake. Both Enrico and Franca went out of their way to make most of our stay in Naples. Enrico dropped us off at the market while Franca helped us haggle with the merchandises. My sister had the best treatment and got a personal tour of Naples by Enrico and Franca as she had to stay for another day. The place is near a Catholic Church where we had to hear mass. Enrico arranged our airport transfer as well. Wifi has a very good signal. Their warm welcome and hospitality made it an awesome place to stay.

We would like to thank Enrico for the outstanding hospitality. We spend 3 nights at this accommodation and the stay was pleasant. Tasty breakfast, comfortable bed with a/c, great location, breathtaking view from the breakfast room. Enrico even gave me a painkiller as I had headaches. We will definitely coming back.
