This is a beautiful hotel. It had a very historic feel and had the most beautiful lounge areas. Our standard bedroom was huge and very comfortable. The bathroom was fine, just needs a bit of a small upgrade. The outdoor area is wonderful. So quiet and peaceful. Pacos Bar served some of the tastiest local food. Amazing. The staff were so friendly. I cant fault them. LOVED this hotel and Baeza.

Fantastic hotel, location and loved the restaurant as well, a must. Pool area was fabulous and we had a wonderful time. Only issue was the height of the bedroom doors, I am 6’3” and the doors might be 5’10”. There should be a sticker by the key fob to remind guests to watch their heads.

Hotel was excellent with the normal challenges of accessing places located in old narrow streets.

The AC system in the room was out of service. Being in the attic the temp in the room was worm what made sleeping very difficult. There was a very strong smell to sewers inside the elevator to the second floor that was also noticeable in the second floor corridor.

In January, out of season, the bar and restaurant were closed. I was unable to make a good night herbal tea as there was no kettle on in the room. The TV was tiny and not adjustable to make for easy viewing except in bed.

Beautiful hotel with great location to main monuments. Our room was beautiful with a jacuzzi and a separate room for our son. Front desk staff extremely helpful!

I’ve stayed here many times in a varied selection of the rooms and have always enjoyed the pleasant, non-intrusive staff and the excellent restaurant. It’s handy for the centre and for the marvellous walkway overlooking the valley to the distant sierras.

Baeza is a delightful town and the Hotel Puerta de la Luna is a perfect setting for exploring its medieval and renaissance treasures. The nearby cathedral is a must-see. The audio tour in English was one of the best we have encountered on our travels. My only disappointment was that we didn't book two nights at the hotel.

We all loved this hotel! The decor is very stylish and in keeping with this 17th century building. Staff are very friendly, rooms comfortable with good air-con and our 6 course tasting meal in the courtyard was excellent. Delightful, romantic setting...would definitely recommend.

Pretty quiet, restaurants near the hotel, room clean and neat, very good breakfast; it was difficult to use the WI-FI... I had to open the door!!! There was a bath tub in the bathroom: I was really happy! I recommend it!
