Hotel très bien situé, très agréable, chambre et salle de bains parfaites et accueil particulièrement charmant. Une très bonne adresse et même s'il n'a pas de vrai restaurant. on a de bons conseils à l'accueil.

Very convenient fo walking into town. Lovely position to sit by the canal having a glass of wine. Friendly staff and excellent parking.

Nous sommes restés un WE en pleine canicule, hôtel très calme avec une Clim non bruyante, bon petit déjeuner dans un jardin très agréable à côté du canal. Proximité des remparts a peine dix minutes à pied.

Good service and position for Aigues-Mortes.Good breakfast,maybe a bit expensive,walk into the town and get breakfast for €7.50. Great looking garden along canal side. Food offering during day could be more varied,again some really excellent restaurants in town. Overall a pleasant and well presented hotel.

The staff were so kind and so helpful when we arrived. The owner speaks excellent English and went out of her way to help us get settled and provide us with informative brochures about the town. The hotel has no elevator but was very pleasant.

We arrived late due to unforeseen car trouble. The hotel was closed and no answer to the phone numbers provided or the 30 minutes my husband spent pounding on the door. I checked for e-mail but there was no security code sent. We called next day for refund but were turned down. Truly unfortunate experience. Thought we had to sleep in car but luckily found a hotel about 2 hours later at 1am in the morning.

Great base while attending concert at south of France arena. Free parking outside hotel. Friendly reception. Free coffee available in breakfast area. Excellent location for walking to historic centre on foot, bridge across canal. Large supermarket very close by.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was perfect for us. A delicious breakfast and the ability to rent bikes were added bonuses.

Hotel Canal Aigues Mortes turn out to be even more charming and friendly than expected .. We had a terribly delayed flight from The US , making us arrive at the hotel by 12 am. The owner sent very nice directions to access the hotel that late . The bed is one the best I slept in lately ... enjoyed the wonderful array at breakfast .The owners are plaisant and ready to help . We very much enjoyed our stay there .

Have to say a little underwhelmed at the location - but don't be put off! Go out through the back, walk along the canal and you're in the old town in ten minutes. Lovely service - and excellent breakfast. Really good value, so well done
