Fantastic place! Very clean, front desk staff great and helpful, and room wonderful- smallish but sufficient. Best aspect of hotel was location-frequent city bus to and from train station came down main road (via Grande) with stop near hotel.

Staff was great, the few restaurants were ok at best. The plaza after dark… don’t stop for over a minute unless you want people to aggressively try and sell you drugs. Beautiful city, great hotel, fantastic staff… just don’t go out after dark.

Located on busy street with lots ofbshopping and dining in the area.

Just the place needed to catch my cruise after flight issues. Simple place. Morning breakfast worth it. Area more locals than tourists.

It was clean and very to hospital which is why I stayed there.

The room was not very clean, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable, the room was noisy, and breakfast with very low-quality food (canned fruits and cheap fruit juices) and no options for salty breakfast. The price is too high for the services provided. Nevertheless, the staff is friendly and very handy.

This is a budget-grade hotel, at a budget price. However, it is in an excellent ;location, right on the Via Grande, ideal for shops, and not far from the waterfront. Breakfast was basic, but decent. My room could have done with a deep clean, as I was bitten by unseen insects on three separate occasions. After a couple of days I started checking my bedclothes in the evenings.

Staff excellent, room spacious & clean, centrally located close to all amenities &attractions..would stay again.

Friendly staff and excellent location

We travel frequently, and this was the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. We were on the 5th floor in August, and the air conditioner was broken, front desk said they would come look at it, and they never came. We couldn't sleep at all in the heat. The carpet was so dirty my kids feet turned black after 10 mins. The bathroom smelled terrible. I spent a ridiculous amount of money on this hotel (high season) for the service and quality we received.

Rooms were not very clean. Bathrooms need to be redesigned as the shower was extremely small. Beds are too soft coupled with a very hard pillow. Very noisy location and windows didn’t close completely. Location is good and service staff were excellent.

Great location. Walking distance to shopping and eating. 10 minutes to ferry. Very secure parking for motorcycles

Not bad for a 3 star. Breakfast can be improved. More types of bread and toaster

So so and a bit run down. But fantastic location and price. A great deal.

We enjoyed our stay. We thought the bedroom was a little small but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom excellent.

No communication at all. No hospitality!!! City or day field Instructions were untrue.
