The hotel is located in a great area of Rimini, with a public and private beaches right across the street. the beaches are clean and have restaurants / umbrellas/ chairs etc... The hotel has a great swim pool with a LIFEGUARD and a slide (like the city park slides, with a hose watering it down)- our kids (5/7/7/7) loved it! great also for smaller kids- shallow water area available. the hotel is REALLY clean and up to date- at least the room we were in. (room #1). everything (really- EVERYTHING was working, CLEAN, new and ready for us... we had 6 of us (my wife and i and 4 kids) sleep quietly and comfortably without noise from the hallway or outside street. they have great windows and blinds to keep the room quite and dark. The reception people are typical italian service providers- not as friendly as other countries, but were definitely NOT rude or negative. just needed to smile more maybe to not cause me to write this line... The towels are clean, and were ready with tons of shampoo, soap and kitchen area that was great for us. fridge, freezer, dishes, microwave- all were in great condition. We were all really impressed with the room, hotel overall, and amenities. (they even have a little workout area!) The parking was full, so i had to part in the back street. it's a 4 minute walk, but really wasn't an issue, since i was able to drop off my kids/ luggage and then go park. ammusement part a few blocks away, and great piazza few minutes drive away.

although this hotel is not in an ideal location it is easy to get around with the great bus service right outside the door buses every 15mins. we stayed in several hotels in italy and this one far out weighed the others for service nothing was a problem answers to all querries fantastic staff. it is maybe 30 min walk from centre both ways beach across road so great if a sunbathing holiday. we had a late flight home and was able to keep room until late (8pm) at no extra cost would visit again

The Hotel was clean and modern, however the car park was underground and not sutiable for a large car. As we have usually travell 500+ miles when staying at Hotels we need two things - good parking facilities and a good restuarant either in the Hotel or within walking distance from it. The food must be excellent here, as we stayed for two nights and it was fully booking on both. They did suggest a couple nearby and the one we choose was very good. The staff were really pleasent and helpfull. Would recommend but not for us because of parking.

Vi hade bokat en familjesuite, det var två stora hotellrum som öppnats upp, gav oss gott om utrymme att få lite egentid! Två badrum är guld värt! Hotellet ligger bara några meter från havet och har egen pool, dessutom ingick inträde till badlandet som ligger några hundra meter bort så valmöjligheterna var fantastiska! Personalen var mycket vänliga och lade verkligen ner tid på att visa oss runt och ge tips! Gångavstånd åt två olika håll för ett stort utbud av restauranger! Fint med bra möjligheter att torka sina handdukar! Ett tips är att boka parkering i förväg då det finns ett begränsat antal platser! Kan verkligen rekommendera, vi kommer åka tillbaka!

Wir hatten einen großartigen Urlaub vor Ort. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber charmant und funktional, das Personal war super freundlich und hat immer einen guten Tipp für uns gehabt. Nach 6 Tagen setzen wir super entspannt unsere Reise durch Italien fort. Danke für alles.

Molti servizi in meno rispetto agli anni scorsi. Come ad esempio la spa e biciclette non comprese nel prezzo di check-in. Per il resto ottima stanza, spaziosa.

Appartamento sporco, presenti oggetti dei precedenti affittuari, credenza piene di zucchero, scolature di caffè, ambienti comuni sporchi e per questo ci siamo rifiutati di allogiare nella struttura specialmente quando ci viene portata davanti la donna delle pulizie per presentarle le nostre lamentele. Ma la professionalità dov'è? Ai tempi del coronavirus non vi siete nemmeno accertati che l'alloggio sia stato almeno pulito correttamente e non ho detto sanificato! Vacanze rovinate e visto che non abbiamo accettato di alloggiare in un'altra struttura ancora più lontano da Riccione non ci hanno nemmeno rimborsato! Una vergogna! Anzi, secondo loro l'appartamento semplicemente non è stato di nostro gradimento! Sfido qualsiasi famiglia con una bambina piccola a gradire un alloggio poco pulito. Non hanno perso niente, non ci hanno rimborsato nulla, noi abbiamo preso una vacanza, loro hanno la coscienza pulita! Come infermiera sono mesi che lavoro per tutelare la salute degli altri e della mia famiglia e non mi sarei aspettato di andare in vacanza e di avere paura per la nostra salute. La vostra coscienza è pulita, buon per voi! Da parte di Expedia purtroppo poca tutela, difficile comunicare con loro e dopo varie telefonate e mail abbiamo ricevuto il rimborso della quota Expedia. Non ci era mai successo e spero non capiterà mai più!

+ close to the beach, kitchen facilities, nice pool, rather quiet - several deserted buildings right nearby, far from both Riccione and Rimini centers, many smokers by the pool

NEL NOHA SUITE HOTEL, IO E LA MIA FAMIGLIA CI SIAMO TROVATI BENISSIMO IL PERSONALE DELLA RECPTION E STATO CORDIALE E ACCOGLIENTE; PER UN FUTURO PENSO SICURAMENTE RITORNARCI

il personale è motlo cordiale tuttavia abbiamo avuto continui problemi legati alla inefficenza di alcune apparecchiature messe a disposizione che hanno reso il tutto poco confortevole. il phon a muro era rotto (ne hanno fornito uno manuale) il decoder sky non funzionava, la cassaforte non funzionava, il braccio doccia non era possibile fissarlo alla torretta, il telecomando del garage era rotto. appartamento molto gradevole ma troppe inefficenze per il prezzo che si paga.

Bella struttura in ottima location, belle stanze e bella la struttura stessa. Il personale è veramente attento ai dettagli e alle necessitá del cliente. Massima disponibilitá e cortesia, che ti fan sentire a casa e molto coccolato! Grazie di cuore, consigliatissimo!

Buona esperienza non in stagione balneare ma comunque abbiamo goduto comunque della vicinanza al mare

Premetto che siamo stati qui dal 3 al 6 gennaio, pertanto essendo bassa stagione abbiamo pagato poco meno di 40€ a notte per la suite vista mare . L’appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort , Sky tv, soggiorno cucina , comodo e ampio bagno. Scendendo sotto c’e una piccola e gradevole SPA . Inoltre c’e la possibilità di fare colazione al ristorante di sotto , quando siamo stati noi non facevano la colazione a buffet, ma c’era il classico servizio bar con brioche , cappuccini ecc... Non abbiamo provato il ristorante perché eravamo lì per una gara dei nostri figli ed avevamo orari strani . Sicuramente consigliato! A presto
