The hotel was real close to nice, sandy beaches that were great for swimming. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. I did find the fact there was no parking provided a bit of a hassle.

This property is a real gem. The location is great. The hotel and rooms are newly renovated. While the rooms are smaller they are really nice and have everything you need. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable and speak English if needed. I give this property two thumbs up and have already booked my next stay.

Great location. Friendly staff. Nice clean room with comfortable beds and a choice of pillows. Good shower-modern and clean. Balcony caught the morning sun with a tiny glance of the sea. Building work next door but it didn’t disturb us. Beach towels easily available from reception. Breakfast basic but tasty, I think perhaps slightly reduced due to Covid restrictions. Only issue was patchy WiFi in the room.

Coffee and tea had to be an additional cost. Our view was of a demolition site not the sea. The beds were very comfortable and renovations were great.

Would highly recommend this cute little hotel to travellers on a budget. Wonderful location in the heart of Juan-les-pins and within a three minute walk to the train station. Reception area has been recently renovated to a high standard ... and I understand the rooms are to be refurbished to the same high standard.

3 star quality for the price of a 2-star. Staff is very attentive and professional. Superb location! Close to the train station, bus, seaside. I really like their beds- you can see it is a clean place, when the bed is done properly, with good quality blankets/

Location is convenient for the beach (even though we weren't there for the beach but if we had been) and railway station. First impressions were good but the room was small and could do with updating, particularly the bathroom. Room was at the rear of the hotel with a delightful view of two derelict hotels and a car park full of rubbish, outside the hotel's control I admit but not particularly pleasant.

Our room was wonderful with a balcony and view of the sea. The hotel is almost directly across from the beach and very close to bus, shopping, and restaurants. They offer breakfast but we felt their prices were expensive for what was offered(the coffee alone was more than double the prices of local restaurants). Over all we had a nice stay here and would highly recommend this hotel.

My rating is based on alignment of my expectations with the actual stay. The hotel is just a minute walking distance to the beach. What more does one need? It is close to restaurants and bars and a grocery store. You can walk to the old city of Antibes (25 mins) or take the bus. The service was excellent all the time. The room had just the simple set up (air conditioning available but we did not need it). Small balcony. Parking was free on the street that is parallel to the beach. There is a paid parking nearby. For the price at Hotels.com this was a great deal.
