They gave us room in annex building. Access is challenging. No handrail on the stairs. Dangerous to go up or down.

Fabulous elevated lochside location. Rooms with a great view. Excellent restaurant and top cuisine, personalised service. Very busy tourist centre for Loch Ness, cruises, coach tours. Good VFM in high demand destination.

Breakfast in the morning was great! Reasonably priced for all that was included. Our room did not have a stand for luggage but we managed, rooms are on the smaller side but not an issue if you are not spending much time in it!

Perfect location for taking the Lochness Boat tour. A walkway right from hotel under the road brings you to the boat in 5 minutes. Food was very good and loved the view of the lake from the room. Parking can be tight when the coaches arrive for the boat tours but the staff are onsite directing traffic. Nice gift shop right in hotel.

Great location and view of the lake. Very pleasant and professional staff. Clean, comfortable rooms. Restaurant and bar were excellent. Easy access to one of the Loch Ness boat tours. Had a lovely stay.

Overall a nice stay here. Staff are lovely, location is great, easy parking, views are amazing. Restaurant and bar area is nice and all the food we had was yummy. Our room was ok overall. Looked clean but did have cobwebs and I had to put two spiders out. Bathroom was nice and new and again, looked clean but had cobwebs. We booked one of the loch view rooms but, while we could see the loch if we stood at one side of the window and looked round the corner, we were mainly looking out over the side roof so double check that if you are booking! Bit disappointing. We had a nice stay though and would consider staying again if we were in the area!

What a lovely find. Food was lovely, cannot fault the staff they were so attentive. Room had a balcony and loch view so peaceful. Easy access to the Jacobite sailing, a couple of miles from the Loch Ness Experience and a lovely little village a short walk away.

Had an amazing stay no faults at all

Overall this was an excellent stay for us. On the first morning our shower flooded the bathroom floor because the drain was clogged, but they fixed it while we were out for the day. Other than that hiccup, it was a fantastic stay. We did the boat tour on the first day and it was fun, although cold out on the loch. Breakfast was very, very good. More choices than most hotels with fresh fruit and gluten free pancakes. I was grateful for those because I was getting tired of a Scottish breakfast. We also ate at the restaurant one night and the food was good. Everyone who was employed there was very friendly and polite. The location is excellent and convenient and there was plenty of parking. I would definitely stay here again.
