I stayed for three nights. On the first day, the toilet broke, so I moved to a slightly smaller room and stayed only one night. The next day, I moved again and got a larger room. The location is quite strategic. The staff is quite friendly. The hotel is in an apartment shared with other hotels and offices.

If you're looking for an affordable accommodation as a base when you're in Rome, this is the place for you. While the room was not necessarily the most luxurious/modern, but the location (about 5 minutes walk from termini station) makes it a really great deal. The hotel is just across the street from cafe washington, which has great selection of affordable dining options, and it's also less than half an hour walk away from the colosseum. A really recommended place for solo budget traveler.
