Die Bilder des Hotels auf Expedia und die Realität stimmen absolut nicht überein. Das Hotel (Zimmer und Poolbereich) sind in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Zwar ist die Lage toll aber der Zustand von Zimmer und Pool verderben einem den Urlaub so richtig!

Run down hotel. Needs major renovations!

Lovely staff at Hotel Piccolo Giardino made our stay very relaxing. Breakfast in garden with resident cats, restaurant on site and roof top terrace for sunbathing. The location was perfect only one minute from the high street Corsa Umberto. The only drawback was the bathroom was rather tired and the shower was in an awkward place, not good for those with limited mobility.

Room smelt like sewage , shower drain didn’t empty and smelled really bad, wall paper ripped and pool was closed for the entire stay (3 nights) staff at front desk even agree hotel was in disrepair! This hotel was highly rated by you! Like a 8.2 and it was barely a 3

Great location, clean and comfortable bed. Staff were amazing and super friendly. Breakfast was great with different options. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay there again

The photos provided as advertising are misleading. The hotel needs work. Vincenzo is the only good thing at this place.

The property was very well located and you could pop right out onto the main shopping street. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. However this hotel is in need of some maintenance. The bathrooms smelled of mold. The room was also not the cleanest. There was also trim ripped off around our door. Parking is also super inconvenient. However, I think that is the case for most hotels in the area. The free breakfast was also not very good.

Well located hotel. Clean, comfortable and wonderful staff. The breakfast was also lovely, especially eating on the patio outside. We used their Beach Club for the day which was great value at €20 per person and included sunbed, umbrella, transfers to/from and a welcome proscecco.

The staff were excellent, location great and the pool was a fantastic bonus

Reception staff went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed (e.g., extra pillow, recommended excursions). Location just off Corso Umberto was convenient to sights, dining, shopping. Varied breakfast buffet including hot and cold foods

Amazing location, but that’s about it. The view from the pool was amazing, however it was very dirty and run down. Staff wasn’t warm or friendly.

We thought the overall stay was okay. We had two major issues including our safe that was not working that we reported the first day and nothing was resolved. The second issue being our AC was making all kinds of loud noises whether it was on or off. When we reported this to the maintenance staff, nothing was made of it. Made the nights at times unbearable. Would still recommend the stay, but our experience was poor at times.

The hotel is very well located close to the main walking street and really right in the heart of the action. The pool is a but smaller than we thought but really nice! The A/C could work a bit better but after reset was OK and we slept much better the second night

This hotel was comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location. The staff at the front desk were wonderful and very helpful. Our son got sick while we were there and they were extremely kind and helped us line up a doctor’s visit. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Taormina.

Great location for all the shops, restaurants and sights of Taormina. For such a central location hotel was quiet and having a pool was lovely to cool off and relax after days out. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Q

We stayed in a family room. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Good air conditioning. However, there wasn't enough storage for clothes, so we lived out of our suitcases. Bathroom was dated with shower over bath, poor water pressure and temperature kept changing by itself. Breakfast was buffet and great variety and plentiful. Location great, close to the cable car and just off the Corsa Umberto for great choice of restaurants and shops. Staff is what makes this place, they were amazing, full of knowledge and so helpful.

Horrible! Booked 4 rooms for 3 nights in heart of summer and they had no air conditioning in rooms from 8am to 10pm. And they lie and mislead public by conning them into believing that their system was “down”. Bathrooms were dirty with mold and paint/tile chipped. Drains clogged so showers flooded rooms. Toilet flushers popping off walls. They advertise smart TV’s but connection was so weak that not even basic cable available. It’s in a great location, had a pretty pool deck, and decent breakfast but that’s about it! Whole place was one giant false advertisement
