The hotel is located in an excellent position for visiting neighbouring towns and sites of interests. It is also very close to Phabeni entry gate to Kruger National Park. The room was very comfortable and if we had time we would have enjoyed relaxing in the garden and beside the pool.

It's the SERVICE!!! While deciding on a hotel option for this leg of my trip, there were several choices from which to choose. I selected Perry's Bridge because it seemed centrally located and the rooms looked spacious. "Jackpot" it was both those things but the friendly and accommodating staff made this an experience that I will never forget. From the moment of check-in until my departure was genuinely generous with their time, interested in assisting with tour planning and could not be more helpful. I'm not talking about 'fake friendly' because that's my job but over and above accommodating. From the front desk staff, Melody, Luceth and Leleki to Douglas in the restaurant to the woman who daily serviced my room to the daytime manager (sorry, I don't recall her name) in concert they made my stay absolutely wonderful!!! To cap it off, when the transportation service that I paid failed to pick me up at the designated time and later only offered a refund for their horrible service, it was the staff at Perry's Bridge that worked to arrange alternative transport back to Johannesburg that afternoon!!!

Set in beautiful, lush gardens, Perry's Bridge Hotel is a peaceful haven in Hazyview. I was worried its close proximity to the Perry's Bridge Trading Post was going to jeopardise tranquility, but I need not have worried. Fantastic welcome and service from the reception staff and very friendly, helpful service from all other staff. It is quite obvious this hotel is in good management hands. The only let-down was the breakfast, which the hotel outsources to Kuka restaurant at the trading post. The service at Kuka is shocking and the buffet breakfast sub-standard.

Location is convenient to Kruger but the hotel is on a main highway which is noisy. There are some shops and restaurants in the immediate area of the hotel which is convenient.

We loved our stay. We ate dinner at the Italian restaurant and both nights it was superb. The packed breakfast from the hotel that we took with us to Kruger was very delicious. We ate breakfast at the hotel on the 2nd day, the breakfast did not look appetising at all. The pots and lids were cracked and everything was cramped onto 1 warming plate. BUT it did taste very nice, after you got over your initial shock of how the breakfast is set up it was good. The little shops at Perry's Bridge are a must. They have lovely staff and the prices are really cheap, well except for Tigers Eye, very overpriced.

On arrival it was difficult to locate the Hotel entrance as it is on a line of shops and restaurants, the actual rooms are behind more shops and restaurants hidden away from the road, This is a good thing as it's a busy road. The rooms were large but more 3 star than 4, a bit tired and the pool was not at all inviting, small and dirty. There was no restaurant within the Hotel but several on the stretch around the entrance, only one - The Kula -was ok, the others poor, I would not really reccomend this Hotel, It was a bit strange!

Had an unbelievable experience at this boutique hotel in Hazyview. Staff were amazing, setting was stunning and the food at the attached Kuka restaurant was outstanding. Really couldnt fault it in any aspect. The town itself is a sleepy town but there is still plenty to do in the surrounding areas, with easy access to Gods Window, Bythe River Canyon & the wonderful Kruger park.
