Poorly mantained property. Room wiht broken floors. Badly understaffed.

All staff was amazing starting with the front desk. The housekeeper was so good kept our room extremely clean. We also tried their breakfast and it was delicious.

Very nice place. Highly recommend it.

Worst service ever! Bed was dirty and bathroom nasty. Someone opened my door at 2am and it was locked. I would stay here, do not recommend!!! Stay somewhere else. Dont waste your time and money.

Gorgeous spot of the city, and a gorgeous hotel to match. This is a family business for over 30 years - my mum has been staying there since before I was born. Truly worth every cent!

The room felt depressing, the restroom was covered with mold, the toilet was disgustingly dirty, the shower was covered in mold. Will definitely not be back again

The room was very spacious and I had a balcony however there was no screen so I couldn’t keep the door open.

The hotel is good. I was in a large room and everything is ok, except the bed, looks too old and are not comfortable, flat and hard. Was not easy to sleep. In service just one thing: one day in the morning the housekeeper enter to my room when the door was locked from inside. Supuestaly her key was inability to unlock doors. One more the guests don't have opcion for DND signs in the door.

I needed something cheap and reliable

A family oriented hotel. Nice and cozy. Not a 5-star but comfortable. Personnel was very nice and accomodating. Breakfast buffette was very good and waiters very courteous. I would go back.

la habitación limpia en general, un poco limitados en cuestion de la solicitud de extras como toallas, almohadas, jabon, papel etc...el personal amable, las instalaciones podrian estar mejor, estan un "poco" faltas de mantenimiento. el restaurante muy bueno el desayuno. rico y basto. el bar "excelente". en general esta bien el hotel, solo le falta un poco de mantenimiento, mayor limpieza.

El Hotel es bonito, algunas partes se ven remodeladas y otras son antiguas. El estacionamiento excelente, el restaurante bueno en cuanto a costo beneficio. Las habitaciones muy cómodas

Falta un poco de señalización para ubicar la entrada al hotel. Esta tranquilo, estacionamiento dentro de las instalaciones, el desayuno esta rico.

No dan factura, creo que no recomendaré ir a este hotel
