If you read reviews you will notice that this is my 4th review in the last 3 weeks. The reasons,as I keep saying,I keep coming back to the Nuss Hotel are exactly the same.It is an absolutely beautiful property that is perfectly maintained and you can't ask for a better location.From the gorgeous rooftop garden and pool to the work out room and dining room.The staff again is what makes it my first choice and makes me happy to return over and over.Everyone I have ever met has been amazing.From the lovely breakfast staff to the front desk.Everyone has been great but the person I dealt with the most is Ivette.She was so VERY helpful with every question I had and always with an incredible smile.I am only sad to be leaving Argentina but already looking forward to my return in 8 months.I want to assure you,in case you ae wondering,I am not an investor in this property or related to anyone that works at the Nuss.

This is the third time I am staying at the Nuss during this trip alone and the reasons that bring me back again are always the same.A beautifully maintained property in a great location.Also as I keep saying in all my reviews.THE STAFF IS AMAZING!!!!

As I keep saying I have been coming here for years and absolutely love the property and location but most of all it is the incredible staff that keeps me coming back again and again and again.

This truly is a hidden gem…located in a avant-guard neighborhood. The front desk staff couldn’t have been more helpful. I arrived much before checkin from a tiring overnight flight. They made sure I had food and provided neighborhood suggestions. Later that evening they arranged a great dinner at a nearby restaurant. A very active neighborhood but without a touristy feel.

Very good hotel

This was a super lovely hotel. Everything about this establishment was top tier. From the staff who helped my daughter and I in many occasions, the rooftop was relaxing and gorgeous, the decor and cleanliness of our room was beautifully done. Free daily breakfast was fresh and with variety. Pool was a little small but very nice none the less. Thanks for a wonderful stay. I would definitely return.

Room average. Could be cleaner. Staff are helpful and pleasant and location is good. Overall I wouldn’t return.

The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was great with good coffee, lattes , eggs, granola and fruit.

Great hotel in the heart of Palermo. Could not recommend highly enough. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Good options and variety, happy with the breakfast

Nuss Hotel has a lot of potential except there are some areas for room for improvement. While it is in a great area and the staff are friendly and helpful, I found that my key card did not work a number of times during my stay, the door was hard to open and close, and when I had my first shower the hot water was brown. In terms of the breakfast, it was good although the brewed coffee was some of the worst I have had. Recommend asking for an Americano or Long expresso to experience a good coffee. I do want to highlight on the plus side that the staff was accommodating in a late checkout and that they did text me when I left my umbrella behind on check-out. Overall, while this is not a five star experience, it is a solid three star with room for improvement.

Absolutely incredible experience from beginning to end.Beautiful well maintained facility but what really makes it incredible is the staff.Friendly and attentive, everything they do is with a beautiful sense of style

This hotel requires a major overhaul from mattress / towels. I found the cleanliness average and so was the breakfast. Wouldn’t recommend

Hotel was safe, room very quiet, bed very comfortable. Our room had a spacious terrace. The buffet breakfast was excellent, with many choices including cooked to order omelettes and fresh squeezed juice. We enjoyed being in the heart of the Palermo neighborhood with many restaurants. The only negative was the floor in our room was very dirty.
