Well located for airport with a friendly check in. Bar food service was good with janette(?) I think reeally good. Unfortunately the restaurant operation was very poor. A lot of the staff didnt seem to know the very basics and the service was way below par. With a pretty limited menu, it was disappointing that the first 3 dishes i selected were all unavailable (i was told that the chef was working hard to source them for days; one of which was a chicken burger....!). However the most annoying thing was that the server charged you at the begining of taking your order and if you wanted any items thereafter you had to pay each time e.g. you had to pay to order another beverage with your meal, separately to order desserts, separately for coffee's etc) - a ludicrous system that ruined the meal and a wholly unacceptable way to treat hotel guests. We had a calamity of mistakes throughout as a result. This "computet says no" system and approach is a decision taken by senior management and therefore they need to explain such a crazy inhospitable approach to their restaurant operation and implemented by staff who didn't appear to have received any training.
