After settling into my room and getting to bed around 10:30 pm the smoke alarm started chirping, apparently a low battery. Called down to desk but maintenance was not on staff, no one could change a battery, so I had to re-gather my things and move rooms. Next morning at breakfast they were serving instant coffee because their coffee machine was broken. I’m not a coffee snob but instant coffee is really not acceptable. They finally had real coffee available the last day of my five day stay.

Check in was fast and easy. Room is very clean and well update and comfortable. AC blows nice and cold. Parking lot has good parking. Next door to a large service station.

Unfortunately check in was very blah. No greeting. I had to walk up and wait even though no one was there. The front desk person didn’t know what room to put us in so the person beside them suggested the room. I wasn’t told when breakfast hours were, or Wi-Fi, or anything else. The toilet ran all night long in the bathroom (I did report this). And there was what seemed to be blood on the wall to the left of the desk in the room as well. The good part was the AC worked and the bed was actually fairly comfortable. The halls and outside the room facility was nice and clean. It was also quiet even though we faced the interstate.

Staff very friendly. Area around hotel for pets is excellent. Quiet, comfortable stay!

Room and beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice, water pressure and temperature were great. Breakfast was good, there was a variety and it was fresh.

It just smelled very bad

It was a little bright as my room was facing the gas station, but I still rested very well.

Very good Hotel. near everything.

Walls are so thin, you can hear nextdoor neighbors watching loud TV and hear people slam/talk while doors are closed. The A/C unit is so old and noisy too. The smell of the room felt so moldy and sweaty. I dont think they change A/C filters at all. The bed was uneven and felt like I was sleeping on a spring bed, not a comfortable mattress. Shower/sink were also rusty with really weak water pressure. The gas station kind of made me feel unsafe. Will not visit again. :(

Very nice stay little outside of town, but was there for a personal event outside of Katy and it was perfect
