Good location and service, clean.

I booked a comfort room that can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child, then the hotel upgraded to a room type with 3 single beds for free. In terms of distance, it can't be said to be very close to the Mong Kok area (850m), but the hotel provides a shuttle to Mong Kok, Temple St, and TST. The location around the hotel is very comfortable, not crowded like Mong Kok. Across from the hotel are McD, Sevel, Bestmart 360, Park n Shop, Luckin Coffee. MTR Olympic is only 550m by walk and directly connected to the Disneyland line and Airport Express. Surprisingly, there are several halal food options around the hotel and everything we tried was delicious. The room was very clean, the amenities smelled really good. There is also a water dispenser so you save on buying water at Sevel.

All the employees and the facilities are good, but the driver was very rude. When we were waiting at the bus stop, he went to the other side and drove a little further, so we had to run to him. When we got inside, he said it was our fault and spoke rudely. We also got some free gummies and free drinks. The employees are very kind, friendly, and helpful; they always helped us even if we didn't ask for help. Overall, the hotel is very good. The only bad part was the driver; the others were friendly and kind.

Nice hotel, great location, clean, and has a free shuttle bus to get around Hong Kong. It's a bit far from the MTR station, but it's okay for a cardio workout while walking 🤣🤣

the room was great overall, the staff wa friendly and let us check out at a later time. the vending machine had a variety of snacks and drinks but the price was quite expensive. Talking about to room, it was small but just enough for a family of 3 to sleep in (I booked a triple comfort room) There was one main problem: there wasn't any housekeeping even though there was cleaning carts around the hotel. Overall I would rate this place 4 stars because of the above reasons.

Location was great, nearby lots of eateries. However the size of the comfort room is way too small even for couples (just 2 pax). Would recommend choosing a bigger room. A little dated for Dorsett standard. It’s quite a distance to the MTR (Olympic) but I guess the walk could be your form of exercise. WiFi was good. Staff not so friendly but it’s normal of HK people :’)

The staff were really friendly, especially the door person named Jimmy. He was a really good and nice person.

Strategic location. Friendly staff. Comfortable room. Bathroom is quite clean. Elevator is a bit slow. Facilities are quite good. Room is soundproof. Hot water is always available.

Kalar is nice and clean, just far from MRT and Bus Stop.

Reception lady was really friendly and helpful. Check-in process was fast and smooth. Room was HK standard small size but packed with essentials. They provide shuttle every hour to some places, was very convenient. Great hospitality and service. Thank you

This hotel is very strategic, close to restaurants, McDonald's, minimarkets, parks and the hotel also provides shuttle buses to shopping centers or to the nearest bus or train stations. The hotel staff are also friendly and very helpful.

Great location. Surrounded by many shops, restaurants, and 711. They also provide free shuttle bus to several places such as Tsim Tsa Tsui area, Temple Street Market, etc. The only thing that needs to be fixed/upgraded is their pillow. It's a little bit too high for me and kind of hurt my neck. Overall, I really enjoyed staying at this hotel :)

It's not wrong to choose a family room at Dorsett. Spacious, comfortable, clean, helpful staff. There are laundry facilities using octopus, there is a shuttle to strategic points in Hong Kong, near McD and Sevel. From MRT Jordan, walk about 10-15 minutes. Want to stay here again if you go to Hong Kong

Usually if there is a description that the toiletries are complete, it says only towels and soap shampoo, no toothbrush shower cap. The restaurant is small so the seating is arranged by the staff so it is recommended to have breakfast at the same time so you don't have to queue, the food is the same but the bread is delicious. The location is good, not too far from the MTR station, across from it there is a kind of market and McD.

Enjoyed our stay at Dorsett. Shuttle bus really useful, you actually can use it to take you to places. Clean room, love the lobby, toiletries are amazing. Will def come back when we go Hongkong. Thanks Dorsett

Hotel location is quite far from Mong Kok, but the surrounding location is good. There are many restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The family room is a little bit small.

The staff are very helpful, courteous, and friendly. We love the hotel's convenience. The room is not spacious but just nice for travelers. It was a good stay. Restaurants around the hotel are quite nice too.
