Very nice location, very friendly staff, help to store luggage, checking in early, providing his own charger. Highly recommended and Will be back again.

Small and classy place for a three star. The staff were SUPER helpful and responsive.

This is one of the cases where the pictures must have been taken on the best day. There was a barking dog that made it hard to sleep and I could here dog foot steps on the tiles. The breakfast is decent but the room is noisy as they do the dishes in the room while you eat.

My room was not prepped before we checked in despite waiting from 9.30am to 4pm to do so. The mirrors were dirty as was the ledge in my bathroom. My toilet seat moved when you sat on it snd the sink basin was dangerously cracked and thus unhygienic. I asked to switch rooms and they agreed to move me the next day yet after packing up all my things, they failed to move me. The breakfasts were stale croissants and packet jams.

Perfect location: central and yet quite street, also easy for airport connection, in between the historical centre and the shopping district. Very helpful and attentive staff. Good breakfast. Recently renovated.

Clean hotel in central location. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was perfectly satisfactory. Plumbing is a bit dated and had small issues for both shower and toilet. Overall a good value hotel if you're looking to stay in Palermo on a modest budget.

A nice hotel in a good location. Staff were very helpful and friendly but unable to resolve a couple of issues, ie AC didn’t work and a leaky sink in bathroom.

Having a door with shutters that could be opened onto a small verandah, comfortable bed, pleasant decor; excellent location

Location was great and staff on reception were friendly. Breakfast was however below par.

Reception was quick and easy. The bed was Terrible, lousy pillows, and the shower was so small, my husband was unable to turn around unless he opened the door. The morning continental buffet was ok. My favorite part was the staff.
