Las Habitaciones están muy descuidadas los muebles viejos igual que toallas y sabanas ya muy desgastadas, falta limpieza en el hotel y en las habitaciones

Very close to airport, safe, clean comfortable beds! You only get 1 water bottle on first night of check in. Be sure to bring toiletries.

Ok stay …didn’t love it …advertised airport shuttle but they said they don’t have one. AC not functional .

i booked this hotel because of the shuttle service to the airport and there’s none, it’s not available anymore, expedia should change it and don’t offer that service if they don’t have it

La reservación indicaba transportació incluida hacia y desde al aeropuerto. Algo que no fue respetado y conllevó a que yo tuviera que pagar por dicho servicio.

This hotel is located 2 hours away from airport and it will cost $ 150 usd to get there from airport I don’t recommend it.

I was given a room and when i went someone was already sleeping in the room. Given a second room and there were blood stains on carpet and sheets. Finally the third room was okay. Hotel is old and needs a refresh.

Bring a was rag. 20 min walk to there mall. Room was small. Breakfast at 7 am it was dam near all gone at 708am.

Clean and tidy. You get what you pay.

Property was a bit dirty around the building and while rooms are OK. Some work can be done in the bathrooms. Shower head was falling all the time.

The shower has no water very limited. We stay 8 days and we changed 4 rooms. None of the rooms were in a satisfactory condition

It is unfortunate that this hotel does not offer a free shuttle normally but only on request at least 24 hrs before arrival. I made a same day reservation and could not get a shuttle. Had to cancel and get refund

Pretty neat hotel and staff service is excellent

We never got there. We called the hotel, they didn't have our reservation, then the person at the desk hung up on us.please reimburse our credit card. Thank you for your help on this matter.
