Clean room, super kind staff

At Hotel Casareyna, every element of the experience exceeded expectations, from the refined accommodations to the exceptional service and thoughtfully curated amenities. The Master Suite was exquisitely appointed, with every detail carefully considered to create a sense of understated luxury and comfort. The spa was a true highlight. Its team delivered impeccable service, and both the facial and massage that I received were deeply restorative, elevating the overall stay. Throughout the hotel, the staff consistently demonstrated warmth, professionalism, and an intuitive attentiveness that made every interaction feel personal and seamless. Dining at the hotel’s restaurant was an experience in itself. The staff’s knowledge and passion showed while they offered insightful explanations that enhanced the culinary journey. A visit to the Talavera shop added a cultural touch, where I found a beautifully crafted, piece to take home. The curated spa and dinner experience surpassed all expectations, blending relaxation and gastronomy into a memorable highlight. Omar was the perfect host. Ideally situated, the hotel provided easy access to nearby destinations such as Val'Quirico, Cholula, and Barrio del Artista, where we even discovered a charming hidden café with live music. This was an exceptional stay in every sense, and Hotel Casareyna will undoubtedly be my first choice whenever I return to Puebla.

Had an excellent stay, enjoyed the morning expressos. Very comfortable bed and large beautiful room. Would definitely stay there again.

While this is a lovely hotel in a good location, the pool was not available for most of our stay. We chose this hotel largely based on it having a beautiful pool area, but this area was undergoing renovations during our stay. We were not advised of this beforehand (or we would have booked another hotel.) We complained to the hotel management, but they refused to provide any meaningful compensation to us. So, while the staff are very helpful, the hotel's management is not willing to make amends if the property amenities are non-functional.

Restaurant is superb. Our room was very nice, just small annoying details. For one, staff promised to fix a wall outlet that has two USB outlets that did not work. Overall, Casareyna is a beautiful hotel with s fabulous restaurant. Also it is in a great location for walking to sites in the Historic Center. Finally, the staff is really nice and helpful.

Clean room, excellent service, awesome pool with warm water, excellente food service in the restaurant and in the pool. Safe, quiet. Very comfortable room.

A beautiful hotel with great amenities. Walkable to the town center and sites there and has a host of casual restaurants across the street.

Room was good but bathroom smell a bit to sewage. A lot of stairs to get to the room and no elevator alternative. Food as always great!

It was a fantastic stay for us, this is a great hotel. I normally don't take the time to write reviews but this hotel deserves it. The staff was super nice and attentive, during the check in they immediately offerd us a welcoming complementary drink. The room was impeccable clean and spacious, the bathroom was incredible big, with an independent shower, toilet and bathtub, double sink. The decoration was modern but not saturated. And even though it is an antique building (from the 1800's) it has been well restored. We recommend 100%
