⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay! The staff were friendly and attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. Everything felt organized and welcoming. I’ll definitely stay here again the next time I’m in town. Highly recommend!

The stay was ok but definitely overpriced. While breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast, we were told it opened at 6:30 on arrival day and on checkout day it was still closed at 7. We were traveling with friends, so we decided to meet for pizza in the lobby area one night, which had plenty of tables. We were watching the World Series and the front desk person came over and told us to keep our children quiet. Given the giant party of adults when I had checked in the night before carrying on, I was very surprised. Additionally, the mattress and the sofa bed in our room was stained. The air conditioner was overly loud. The shower made a whistling sound the entire time you were in there using hot water. I understand it is just a Holiday Inn and not the Ritz Carlton, but I expected more given the price.

First room I checked into had stained sheets. The way the bed was made, room service 100% saw the stain and still made the bed with them. They moved my room, and did not put it in the system that they changed my room because a man walked in while I was in bed because they double assigned it. Management comped me a night, but this is still dangerous as a solo female traveler. While the room was overall clean, there was a hair in my bathtub and on the toilet. The gym was a treadmill that has to have been broken for months, one elliptical, and miscellaneous mismatched weights with no bench. No wonder they allow guests to use Fitness 19 around the corner for free. The omelets for breakfast were powdered eggs and flavorless. No waffle maker; only a pancake maker that made half-cooked pancakes. Zaman Grill is a nice restaurant in the area, for lunch/dinner, five minutes away.

Room met our needs for a comfortable overnight stay.

I love everything about the hotel

Staff were professional. The rooms were clean. I do like how they have the liquid products instead of bars. Ice machine on our floor was down and its normal, but i wish they would be the place to not follow the norm and have a working machine. Otherwise I was comfortable and would return.

Facilities have been upgraded but room furnishings are dated and should be replaced more frequently. Loved the supply and quality of towels.

Staff was great in all ny interactions. Room was fairly clean. However this was one of the loudest hotel's I have ever stayed at. Kids running up and down the halls unsupervised after 11pm. Slamming doors and doing ding dong ditch. Add in a 630am fire alarm that wasnt turned off until close to 730 and we didn't get a good night sleep at all.

I was a little bummed that the pool was out of service. It was partially why I picked this hotel but other than that Good rooms friendly staff easy tasty breakfast.

cozy and comfortable, convenient location

Breakfast was good, area very comfortable and clean. Our room was very clean except for the floor. We accidentally spilled water on it. The cloth was came up too dirty! We reported it to the front desk. Handicap, shower was great. However th bed was too high for a handicapped person which I am.

Just very nice and great for me as i was tired after a long travel day.

Good overall

Ice machine do not work on some floor which is noted on the machine. BUT does say where or what floor you can get ice.
