Room was dirty, restroom super dirty, floors were dirty as well as furniture dusty, AC was not working and had to call room service for them to fix it, outside area of the hotel is dirty and once at night you see homeless and people around there you see them doing drugs and laying around, once at morning all the trash of them is left there.

Just okay. Defiantly get what you pay for here. Great location if you want to be close to markets and the central Part of Guadalajara.

Nos quedamos 2 noches, no se recomienda caminar en los alrededores cuando es de noche ya que es peligroso. El staff muy amable, la alberca en buenas conficiones, el gym aceptable y las condiciones del cuarto aceptables para el precio.

The room itself was dirty, the bathroom was not clean had hairs in the shower from prevous stays. Bed liners dirty, sheets dirty, walls in the room dirty. Cannot walk at night lots of homless, our uber said that area was known for thiefs and getting mugged. Only area that was okay was the pool and its views.

The location is very unsafe. The hotel staff were very inattentive and could not be bothered with a single thing. Even upon walking in, they were always engaging in their own personal conversation. They seem to bothered when they had to help any guests. The worst part is the surrounding area after dark. Very dirty, a lot of homeless people.

Very dirty around the hotel , alot of homeless. Not good for families

The bathroom facilities were very rundown with tiles missing and dirty grout. There was also an alarm going off all night long. No one seem to know where it was coming from. The room itself is clean no complaints about the room.

The bathroom door handle broken and asked for the safe code never showed.

The area is unsafe, they have lots of homeless and is not clean. There was this alarm beeping almost every night. They moved one of our rooms (we had two rooms) to a different location without notifying us. One of the front desk person was rude, and the manager was not very nice either.
