You don't need a 5-star hotel; a stay at Bamboo Resort is like paradise. The scenery is breathtaking, the food is delicious, and the people are friendly.

If you need a relaxing getaway, fresh air, waking up to sunbathe in a garden filled with birdsong, swimming in the sea in the afternoon, relaxing on a lounge chair at night admiring the ocean view, surrounded by trees and offering privacy, then Bamboo is a fantastic choice. The service is excellent, although the breakfast wasn't quite to my liking. The pool is clean, with daily checks, and always has lifeguards on hand. The beach is very clean, private, and not crowded. The other guests are also very polite and friendly. It's also close to many restaurants.

The resort is surrounded by greenery, making it very cool and refreshing. The resort pays great attention to landscaping, which I really liked, although going alone at night can be a little scary 😀. The Wi-Fi is a bit slow, the toilets are clean but have a slight odor, and the cozy rooms share a hallway, which isn't very comfortable. The parking area in front should have more trees or a larger space; it's cramped and sunny. However, the staff are friendly and helpful, and another plus is the spa at the resort, which is very relaxing and relaxing – you should definitely try it.

RẤt okie từ phòng đến nhân viên ạ

Mình đến resort lúc 12h hơn xíu, vì chưa đến giờ check in nên mình xuống nhà hàng dùng bữa trưa, lúc mình xuống thì có vài bàn đặt sẵn dành cho khách đoàn cũng không đông lắm, tầm vài chục người. Mình chọn 1 bàn gần 1 gia đình 4-5 người cũng đang ngồi sẵn chờ món. Mình order món lúc 12h50 mà có dặn nhân viên order món là không bỏ tiêu và ớt vì cho bé ăn, nhân viên cũng đã xác nhận lại là toàn bộ món đều không cay. Và mình đã ngồi đợi rất lâu sau đó mà món vẫn chưa dọn lên, bàn của gia đình kế bên cũng trong tình trạng tương tự và họ cũng đã đợi 45’ rồi trong khi các bàn khác xuống sau mà món dọn lên trước. Gia đình đó có hỏi nhân viên và họ trả lời là do bàn bên đặt bàn trước nên món lên trước. Ok, mình nghe vậy nên nghĩ tình trạng mình cũng sẽ tương tự, sau 1 hồi cũng 45’ mình sốt ruột hỏi nhân viên 2-3 lần, lần nào họ cũng trả lời 1 câu là món đang làm, vui lòng đợi 5-10p nữa. Mình thì có thể chờ được nhưng bé nhỏ thì làm sao chịu đói được và nó ngồi thờ ra mệt mỏi vì đói bụng. Và rồi sau 1 tiếng chờ đợi thì món mới được dọn lên và món kho thì cay xé lữoi trong khi mình đã dặn không cay và nhân viên cũng đã xác nhận lại trước khi vào báo bếp. Mình phản ánh thì nhân viên đem vào trong không biết làm gì, 5’ sau mang ra cho mình tộ cá và bảo không cay đâu ạ, mình nhìn thì thấy vẫn có tiêu trong đó và mình nêm thử thì thấy vị như cá nấu muối chứ không hề giống cá kho tộ (chắc đem tộ cá kia vào rửa nước lã rồi nấu lại). Vì bé quá đói nên mình đành chấp nhận ăn cho qua bữa so với giá gần 300k 1 tộ cá bớp vỏn vẹn chưa đến 10 viên cá bé xíu (vì nhà hàng bảo cá phi lê). Mình thật sự không hiểu với 1 resort 4 sao mà chất lượng phục vụ không muốn nói là quá tệ, chả lẽ chỉ có 1 đầu bếp nấu, trong khi khách đoàn đặt sẵn bàn và món cũng phải đợi 1 lúc mới có đồ ăn. Trải nghiệm 1 lần ăn trưa ở nhà hàng tại resort cho mình ấn tượng quá xấu và sẽ không bao giờ mình dùng bữa tại resort 1 lần nữa ngoại trừ buffet sáng thì tạm ổn.

Great place for leisure after a hard-working week. Everything is awesome from the gardens, pool, beach. Morning buffet will satisfy you by serving multiple type of foods (Asian, Western, veggies.) No matter you arrived by walking or driving, riding your vehicles, their staff will serve you with highest positive attitude since your first step inside the resort until your last step out of the place.
