I am going to start with the pro's for our stay. We selected a preferred club room because of a previous stay at another Dreams property.The preferred club lounge is quiet and has a better offering of liqueur as well as some snacks. The The preferred club pool with swim up pool bar was the best part of our stay. Ethan was exceptional and made great drinks. I am generally a wiskey drinker and ethan made a wide range of mixed and blended drinks that were great. Now for the cons. This is a beach resort and the beach is a zero! This is early in the season and the seweed is already piling up in big stinky mounds. Food The food at this resort has no care. From the pool grills to the bufett's and theme resturants. At the pool grills you can expect french fries and other items that were cooked food 30 to 60 minutes before it was served. Fish tacos were the only thing close to being fresh. The theme resturants were a big let down. Ingredient quality and exicution were a big miss. We ate at the french resturant two nights. The first time was okay but best out of the others. Unfortunatly our second visit was a disaster. The Onion tart appetizer cold again. We over looked this our first fisit. We both ordered filet medium rare. Both of them arrived raw 1 hour after ordering. The staff was incredibly apologetic and refired our order. 30 minutes later we were served another set of raw steaks. I had a great piece of grouper at the Mexican resturant.

About all these except spa. Everything was really nice but pay attention to the following: The room 8216 has a mold smell. Room food stored at the closet for two nights Hyatt marketing is boring. They call me at 8:00 am. Really bad.

The resort was amazing and the staff were even better, so helpful and attentive took care of us so well went over and above, they over shadowed the resort and not saying something because the resort is quite lovely very well taken care of clean and with so much to do. We would not hesitate to come back or recommend it for other people whether you have just a couple or a group or a family. It checks all the boxes thanks again guys for everything especially Alberto and Fernanda from Tamarinto they truly made us feel special. Evan Vigneau

This was our second year in a row going to this resort and we loved it both times! The staff especially are so welcoming and friendly and treat us like family! We stay on the preferred side mainly for the adults only pool and a quieter, more mellow vibe. My only minor disappointment (personally) this time, since we had last year to compare to was there seemed to be slightly less variety of food at the buffet each day. Or rather, there was usually an okay variety of options but every day seemed to have the same options, the same stations, etc. Last year we were more surprised/impressed by each day always having new options and variety. The specific items I missed this time was a Crepe station at breakfast and churros offered in the dessert spread. Overall we had a great time and will continue coming back!

The rooms in building one had fruit flies and lil tropical bugs.

Staff was great and accommodations were very nice! There were pretty long lines for dinner a couple of nights, but the bar by the beach and lobby bar were good spots to wait. The resort was packed, so chairs were tough to find if not out early enough. Beach is nice and long, but most of the water is pretty rocky. Overall an amazing trip!

Without being overly picky, we had an amazing time at this resort.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Dreams Jade Riviera Cancun. From arrival to departure, everything felt easy, welcoming, and well taken care of. We were celebrating our anniversary during this trip, which made the experience even more special. Carlos surprised us with a sweet room decoration, and it was such a thoughtful, personal touch that really set the tone for our stay. The weather was beautiful the entire time, the service was consistently great, and there was always something happening if you wanted entertainment. The Super Bowl show was a lot of fun, the bars were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed but lively. The staff truly made this trip memorable. Carlos and Julian were fantastic as our butlers and made everything run smoothly. Melvin and Francisco took great care of us at the pool, along with Sergio, who kept the pool food coming and did a great job. The bartenders Alfredo, Fernando, Esther, Evan, Leopoldo, Omar, and Oscar were friendly, attentive, and always upbeat. At the restaurants, Erik and Aurelio consistently delivered great meals, and our waiters Jose, Antonio, and Janette were warm and attentive throughout our stay. Marcos at bell services was helpful and welcoming, Dillon and David kept the activities fun, Cristian gave an excellent massage, Oscar in the Preferred Club was great to work with, and Erica in housekeeping kept our room spotless every day. We left feeling relaxed, celebrated, and genuinely grateful for how well we were treated

The rooms were great, very clean staff was friendly and made you feel so welcome throughout the whole experience. I would definitely come back to this resort. Good was amazing!!!

Everything is amazing in this resort, all you need in one place, the spa is the best! All people are super kind, friendly and professional.

Could not control AC, temperature always dropped to 16.5 no matter what temperature was set. Restaurants were systematically closed on rotation ( 1 of 5 every night) lineups were long for reservations. Extremely poor poolside management for lounge chairs at the preferred pool.

This is our second time at Dreams Jade and we loved it again! A big part of why the trip was so great is how nice all the staff are. Everyone is soo friendly and makes you feel so welcome! Special shoutouts to Juan at the Mexican restaurant, Karen who was the breakfast hostess at preferred Mercure (she is very sweet!), the two guy servers at the preferred pool were amazing and the guy in preferred lounge made me the best iced coffees I’ve ever had! The resort if very clean, the service is amazing and we would for sure come back. Thanks for a great stay!

Beds and pillows are super hard. Mini fridges in the room don’t get very cold. We had a family trip with our kids and couldn’t go to certain restaurants because it was adults only. The food was mediocre. On a good note staff was very nice and helpful. We absolutely loved the pool staff and water activities. Night time entertainment was so much fun. The staff definitely made our trip amazing.
