Staff very helpful

Nice place, did have a key issue and took too long to get that resolved. Other guests also had key issues.

Property is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good and the lady that handles it is very nice.

I have not stayed in a Holiday Inn for many years. It had such good reviews we decided to try it. We were disappointed. The back entrance key lock from the parking area to our room did not work. We had a neighbor who had their tv on loudly all night which made it hard to sleep. The toilet in the room was so low to the floor it was difficult to use. I’ve only seen them like that in a preschool environment. The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. Just not what we expected.

We had a blast like always. Would go to games then come back and able to relax and enjoy our clean room.
