Customer service was lacking. I checked in late and almost did not get a room. When I returned from my cruise, I arrived early rooms were not available which is okay, but there the staff was very rude when letting me know there was no room to store my luggage so we had to sit in lobby for several hours. It was just the non courteous way in which we were inform ed of things.

The room was big and comfortable and breakfast was good .

Need to be more careful about room service. Fixing any problems inside the room. Bathroom and lock. Trash bags in trash cans. Property is good location and just needs more attention. Thanks again for the opportunity with your care.

Staff was very nice. We were able to check in early due to returning from our cruise that morning. Overall great experience. Only dislike was a very strong cigarette smell throughout the hotel lobby.

Airport shuttle there on time, check in (early) was a breeze. Quiet for near the airport, good neighborhood.

It was very comfortable and close to the airport. Good choice. Check-in was a breeze with no hassles as I pre booked with Hotels.com and everything was prepaid. Excellent service Hotel.com. Room was comfortable plus the breakfast......Good service.

Nice place to stay for overnight stay with shuttle to/from the airport. **note the shuttle times for availability. Not a 24 hr shuttle service. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of options and clean. Easy check-in/out.

The property itself and the staff were great but the area around did not make me feel safe.
