I stayed at this facility for 9 hours on Saturday night and I have mixed feelings regarding my stay. The first person I spoke with to schedule my stay was very accommodating, professional, and attentive. At check in, the front desk staff was very neutral and seemed drained but I didn’t pay it any mind since we were checking in at 2am. Once we got to our room, the trash was full, kitchen was dirty, bed was clearly slept in and it was easy to see no room service was done. So, we went back to the front desk to address these issues and I was happy to hear another room was available for us to sleep in. The front desk staff did fix the problem but he was not apologetic or seemed surprised by this matter which was ironic because their plaque by their front desk states they are a clean environment. But, I was just happy to be in a clean room. No bed bugs were noted but centipedes were, the soap dispensers in the shower were broken the body wash, lotion and generous accommodations were not available to us to due the lack of them being replenished. The set up of the room was nice though and the kitchen though we didn’t use it seemed functional. At check out, there was a new staff member who was kind at check out. I also took a peek around and the gym seemed very nice. By the end, I felt extremely upset I spent $167.66 on my experience. I called to address these issues before writing a review to speed with someone with more authority but I was denied by the front desk. They stated, the only resolve I would get is extra points onto my membership which I didn’t have so I was out of luck. By the end of the phone call it seemed like the person was walking around bc their voice would get distant then become clearer as if they were not even giving me their focus. They also interrupted which made me feel as if they just wanted me off the phone. Overall, I understand now, because of what the employee stated, that because I chose to still stay at the hotel it is my fault we could not come to a comprise so I am now just trying to share my experience so other people know what to expect. Long story short, I guess if you are not happy just leave and ask for a refund rather than a compromise bc this hotel is not willing to accommodate that after check out as directly stated to me. This was my first bad experience at a hotel so maybe this is normal but I was very displeased with my experience.

The man at the desk was nice. He showed us a room but they was not the room he was giving us. He said we would have a room on the second floor. We ended up in a room on the 3rd floor. This room was not clean. All of the drawers were open, the silverware on top was dirty, the chair & phone had a white substance on it. There was hair all over the sheets. The toilet did not flush.

This location should be closed. 0/10 stars. Or at least disaffiliated with IHG. Renovations are clearly not “actually” happening. I’ve been to many IHG hotels but this one is poorly managed. Very far off from a world class destination that IHG is. Me & my friends cancelled immediately after finding the conditions inside. - First Room we were given on the second floor reeked of something very dead or rotting. We didn’t hightailed it out of there and went right back downstairs. The hallway was very warm and uncomfortable. The doors were scuffed & dirty and the overall vibe was very unsettling. - Manager (don’t know his name) instantly said “something wrong with your room?” - We said YES, it smelled awful and he tired to shush us. Gave us a room right next to the desk - Room clearly was musty, and the tub was filthy. - We said your hotel is very unclean and we can’t stay here and the manager instantly was like will cancel without issue. We were thankfully able to get a hotel nearby with a 8.9 rating & is very clean and hasn’t had any issues, also an IHG which met the brands standard. Clean & comfortable. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Horrifying the condition and not safe for families or travelers. Take your business away from this hotel and IHG please look into the management of this building. It is NOT representing your brand & business.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience during a recent 4-day stay at this hotel — especially for families considering this location. From the moment we entered the room, it was clear cleanliness was not a priority. The room was dirty: my kids found old food and what appeared to be rabbit droppings under the bed, along with someone else’s hair clip. That alone was off-putting, but unfortunately, things only got worse. My children and sister-in-law woke up with bites after sleeping in the beds — an extremely distressing situation and a clear sign that something is wrong. We also had issues with the AC unit leaking water. I reported the issue and was told to just put towels down. I was promised a room change and that maintenance would come by — neither of which ever happened. Even more concerning were the safety issues around the property: • The gym door was unlocked from the outside, posing a security risk. • The pool was out of order, but the external door was also broken, meaning anyone could access that area — a serious concern when you’re traveling with children. • I was also told that the fire alarm went off one night on the 1st floor and it did not sound on the other levels~~ Major safety issues. To be fair, a few small positives: the kids said the beds were comfortable, the shower pressure was strong, and having a kitchen area with a stove was convenient. That said, no amount of comfort can outweigh the lack of cleanliness, unfulfilled promises from staff, and major safety concerns. Thank you for hosting us, but unfortunately, I would not stay at this location again and cannot recommend it to others — especially families.

My son, dog and I stayed in a king suite. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. There was a nice area out back to walk the dog. The staff was friendly, check in and check out was easy. I did not hear any external noise from my room and we were near the elevator. We'd stay again.
