This hotel is in a good location, near MRT and shopping center, restaurants. Quite far from city center, but you can find stuffs also near hotel so it's not a problem. Service is excellent, foods are delicious, bedroom is very clean. Many people are complaining because room is small. But come on, it's Japan. This room space is ok for Japan:)

Small room like the usual japanese hotel, but the staff were very responsive and excellent in service, great location less than 5 minutes walk from esaka station, surrounded by convenient store, uniqlo, starbucks.
