Hotel looks good from the outside, Some rooms have be re decorated, I got 112 which was not, very dated and 1970. Restaurant artisan is nice, I just got a rude waiter, so had a takeaway the second night, as didn’t want to go through the pain again. Didn’t use the pool, as locals use it and gets busy. Didn’t have breakfast as work early. Good size car park, need more EV chargers as all taken on arrival, and still took in the morning.

Easy check in. Beautiful room and excellent evening meal. Bed so comfy we didn’t make breakfast. 2nd visit and sure to return for a third

The room was disgusting, mould all over the shower ceiling. Bath was dirty black spots of dirt and grime. Food was terrible. Chicken/chorizo rigatoni bland and tasteless.

Stated 2pm check in. Tried to check in and couldn't till around 3pm. Room was quite dirty in places. Furniture as tacky, bits missing, carpet bubbled. Look like room had a cheap makeover. Bathroom and shower dirty, floor grout dirty and shower cubicle had mould all over. Lots of dust in areas where it should be cleaned

The bed was so uncomfortable my arms went numb, there were hairs in the bed, the bathroom wasnt very clean and a rooster woke us up at 6am.

Fairly nice place, a little tired in places

Room wasn't in particular good condition. Marks on walls, dusty skirting, dirty, dusty toilet round the base, part of one of the bedside cabinet bases had come away. The mattress was way too firm, didn't have a good sleep. The staff were lovely & couldn't have been better. The area is lovely.

The room was spotless and spacious. Food was excellent too. Staff were very helpful and courteous.

Ignored when checking in - receptionist was in the phone but a nod or smile to acknowledge you are there would have been nice, or a polite “sorry to keep you waiting” but nothing! But an abrupt “Are you wanting to check in ?” Room Spacious room but quite tired. Only enough milk for one cup of tea but otherwise adequate.

lovely stay, perfect surroundings, Huge if slightly dated rooms, well equipped and the kindest most helpful staff you could hope for.

First rate hotel. We had a small dog which was catered for very well along with a room on the ground floor with a sliding door exit to the gardens, ideal. facilities offered very good, and the meals we had were excellent.great value fpr money. We will definately rebook when in the area next. Very pleasant staff, very accomodating.

Looks great from outside,the restaurant area is good but hotel past reception is grubby.Carpets are filthy and paintwork battered.Terriblesmell in corridors.

The hotel is a hidden treasure. Spacious rooms, lovely swimming pool, restaurant with good atmosphere and attentive staff
