Cleanliness is good. The location is also strategic. Mineral water can be refilled. But the breakfast is the same every day.

Strategic location close to the mall with a food court which has many choices. Close to traditional souvenir shopping places. The hotel facilities are complete and breakfast also has lots of dining options at relatively affordable prices for a 5 star hotel. However, the staff rarely speaks English. There are just a few in the Front Office. In general it can be highly recommended.

Air Conditioner was not working properly, moved to another room and left a bracelet inside the old room. Checked with hotel staff they said they are unable to find it. It was definitely left inside the bathroom of the toilet. Most staff also does not speak good English. Room Service staff even has trouble to receive order due to language barrier.
