Great find - clean, modern, comfortable. Staff are lovely and breakfast is fab.

Really pleased we stayed here, staff very friendly, hardly any noise (some loud cars at times during the night but wasn’t kept awake by any noise inside the hotel). Room had everything we needed for a short stay. A short walk from the train station. Would definitely stay here again.

Reception staff fantastic

Spotlessly clean room. Comfortable temperature. Breakfasts selections very good and varied. I found my bed uncomfortable, I could feel every single coil/spring. I mentioned it in the morning to reception

Close to Birmingham New Street train station, great! Rooms have a more modern style, which is cool! Breakfast area is really nice and the menu served is fresh. There is a small store next to the hotel opened 24 h too! My bed sheets were stained, so it was somewhat uncomfortable, but I would come back still. Recommended in overall!

The hotel was very clean and pleasant to stay in. Location was good and close to the Bullring and university accommodation buildings. It looked business friendly. The buffet breakfast was very good.

Good location and design, only down side was advised restaurant on 1st floor, in reality is a vending machine. Staff friendly.

It was a lovely quiet hotel, considering the location. Breakfast was a lovely spread of a variety of items. The rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped. All the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful.

Just on the edge of the city centre so 20 min max walk to anywhere. Spotless modern and cheap! Indoor underground car park with at least 10 spaces (I didn’t count sorry!) definitely business friendly with the first floor a seated area with space and plugs available. Free WiFi with no over complicated log in. We were there as a couple for a city mini break and it was impeccable.

Good location, 5-10 minute walk to New Street and the Bullring with shops nearby. Clean and fair sized room. Early check-in was a bonus. Would stay again!
