Le lit n’était pas propre. Il y’avait plein de cheveux d’autres personnes sur les draps. C’était dégoûtant.

The hotel was lovely and had all the amenities I needed. Breakfast was great. And the hotel was convenient to the town square.

the hotel was nearly empty - very few guests/customers, and they still could not bother to ensure out hand soap and shower gel containers were filled in. Totally unacceptable

Pleasant stay for a last minute booking. Friendly service, and great breakfast. Confortable room too. Quite expensive compared to same brand hotel in St Etienne.

Close to the centre of town with easy secure parking. Compact rooms but very comfortable. Great staff who were friendly and helpful . Plenty of choice at breakfast.

Just a lovely hotel and staff. I wasn't expecting very much but was really happy with everything in the hotel. Secure parking, great bed and room, helpful staff, lovely breakfast, and easy walking distance to the centre for food and drink. The entrance to the parking can be a bit hard to find, but that was all part of the adventure!

Air conditioning! A must in France in summer.

Secure parking available for 7 euros. Very close to main square with good choice of restaurants. Friendly reception. Rooms small but adequate. Good air conditioning which was great in the extreme temperatures we were experiencing.

We were looking for a hotel in Boullion, Belgium...This hotel was located 25 minutes away in France. The map is very misleading. We never made it there. We took the bus to Boullion and found out there is no taxi or transportation to our booked hotel. Sadly we never got there. We had to scamble to find a hotel in town. Bad map and this hotel should not be listed as close to Boullion Belgium.

Very small room but clean although only one chair for two people which meant sitting on the bed. Television only in French, in other hotels we have been able to get English TV. Staff were pleasant and friendly. Very near town square but extremely noisy room at night which meant neither of us could sleep. Underground safe parking.

This hotel is probably my preferred place to stay in Charleville due to proximity of work. It's an average hotel though. Lets address my three priorities: Did I get a good nights sleep? Not really, the beds are pretty firm and I woke up both mornings with back ache. How was the breakfast? It is OK, although the scrambled egg is never hot and the bacon is the streaky type. How was the shower? The shower is very good, decent flow of water and doesn't spend ages getting to heat. Extra note. The rooms are OK, but the finish is very poor. Noisy A/C. Staff speak English. Wifi was strong, although not always the case.

Central location 5 minute walk to the city square Secure parking at 5E a day not bad Helpful staff. Didn't try the restaurant but looked good. Good centre to explore the region. Sat nav could have you going around in circles but don't worry, just go the wrong way at the junction if no one is looking. Worked for me. Loads of local bars and restaurants...but not on a Monday.....and not in their holiday season We had fun

Kyriad Charleville stands out from the other Kyriad hotels in Paris in terms of fantastic service. The staff are really helpful and very cooperative. The rooms are clean but the beds are not so comfortable. The breakfast is really good for 10 Euros. The wifi is very slow.

Good service overall, nothing to complain about. Cheap hotel.
