Just a one night stay while traveling

The staff was great. The air conditioner made a lot of noise, making it hard to sleep. Overall, it was fine.

Good location and polite statf

Our stay was short but we were very well taken care of. Devin was the first contact for us at the check-in desk and he was awesome! Very helpful and welcoming!

Davon at the front was very nice

I was charged for a suite and they gave me a regular room all I want is for the price to be readjusted

My stay was wonderful. I had great, professional customer service at check in. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of his job.

Everything about The Holiday Inn was amazing! From the welcoming staff, to the ultra comfortable rooms everything was amazing. There were two things that were disappointing... the breakfast that I paid extra for was far from worth paying for... and the second thing was the incidentals charge was doubled! Other than those two things it was great!!

The staff at this holiday inn was the best from the front desk to the kitchen and bar staff I will choose this hotel every time I’m in Meridian…

I didnt like that there was a sock left in the room on the floor, probably left by the previous guest.The shower wall was also not clean. I liked the ease of checkin and the front desk staff

Everything was very nice anx convenient

Excellent room well maintained. Faced interstate highway so very loud till 10 pm and early morning. Ask for room on back of hotel. Shower clean and warm water. However water pressure extremely low. One where ya jump around to get wet. The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. Service excellent but the food was some of the most disappointing I have had at a hotel. The sausage, bacon and eggs were some of the worst I have had to endure in a long time. The service as said did everything to bring coffee and help with the buffet. But it was extremely low quality foods. Not included in the room bill but is a surcharge service.

Very clean, great blackout shades and very comfy bed.

It was very average. My roomed smelled like cigarette smoke. The property itself felt dated and as a female I did not feel very safe.

They say no smoking, however, thats all we smelled. Young staff, door was unlocked when arrived, no linen, and no hand soap. Just needs better management.

It was cool for the most part I had to move rooms when I got in due to roach infestation in the first room. But in all it was ok. I think I will stop booking holiday inn. It’s starting to look run down.
