Clean, well equiped, but older

I had a wonderful experience at this place! It's conveniently located near shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the milford national park NZ. The space itself is very nice and clean, offering a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

This motel has decent provisions with a kitchenette, large bed and good sized bathroom. Its nice park close to your room door so luggage transfer is a breeze. Nice to sit out on your own patio or the larger table in the lawn. Laundry facility worked out well. The front desk hostess was helpful with suggestions of places to eat and shop in town. The motel is within walking distance of the waterfront, national park visitor center and restaurant/shopping district.

Everything is good except the strong paint smell. Great location, can walk to the lake. This is the first motel that i stayed in nz that have rice cooker.

Clean and spacious room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet location, 15 min walk to city center or 2 min drive. Kitchen has everything you need.
