Great location and amazing friendly staff, located in the old town square which east to find and check-in. Location is prim!!! Little noisy at odd times in the night but go figure, I was there for one night and happens to be over a Saturday/Sunday night. Otherwise I would stay again. Ps, this was my first time staying at a hostel and was a positive experience!

Cheap, good and central seems to be the keywords for this awesome place directly on the Rynok Sq. And if this was not enough, the friendly and jovial staff proved also both overly helpful and flexible. The room was fine and clean, and the facilities like wise. Would recommend this to any budget traveler passing through or staying in Krakòw. Thanks to the staff for keeping this up

My friend and I both booked a single room and were put in a room of 8. The second night, we were outnumbered by males, even though the website said nothing about the rooms being co-ed. This needs to be mentioned on the website so that people know ahead of time. We left the hostel and found a hotel for the rest of our trip. There are no locks on any of the doors, including the two doors to get you into the hostel from the street. This is a bit concerning. I get that Poland is safe, but if people staying there don't feel safe, you need to put locks on the doors. You never know who could walk into the hostel, it could be someone dangerous. It's also pretty hard to find. Wish there was a sign on the street telling you in was in that alcove.

The hostel is at a convenient location and that's all it got going for it. The staff is rude and don't particularly care. The bed and bedding are not clean and uncomfortable.

No security at all people can walk in off the street straight into rooms no one even looks. No lockers,creakiest bunk beds

Private room with private bath, everything was perfect and room was far away from any noise. Fantastic location.

I think it should be a rule that only individuals under a specific age, i.e 25 or 30 are allowed to stay in the room with bunk beds. It was definitely weird seeing older men sleeping in the room with me.

Average hostel experience with superb location, just right at the city centre. Staffs are (a bit) above average. The room does not have enough electrical socket for every bed. Bathrooms were just an-ok. Still, very cheap price. You need to walk up the stairs for 2 more floors to get to the reception though.

The stairs up to the hostel are dangerous. The duvets are extremely dirty and stained. Lights leading to top floor don't work so dangerous at nighttime. Staff are extremely friendly. The main floor has been modernised but top floor needs drastic work. Room had no drawers or wardrobes to put clothes away. No blinds or curtains on the windows and room wasn't cleaned the whole week we were their. Location is perfect. If maintainance was carried out and new duvets were put in rooms it would be a nice place to stay

Nice stay! Perfect location of the main square! The dorm's window opens up to see all of the performers and people walking below! Nice traditional polish breakfast and a comfortable dorm. They do not let you store your luggage so check in and check out times should try to be on time. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean bathrooms and rooms. Overall a great place to stay!

I stayed at the hostel rynek 7 for two nights during my stay in krakow, poland. The location is very convenient due to the fact that is located in the main square/center of city. Walking distance from the galeria mall shopping center and bus/train station. Nice view from my window. Nice and helpful staff.

It was easy to access to main market and not so far from central station. Hostel staffs are so friendly, I could stay at hostel very comfortable.

enjoyed my stay

It was the end of my trip and I needed a place to land. It was loud because the room was by reception and I could hear the phone ringing, buzzer for the door and hard walking on the floor.I didn't find the amenities that impressive. The pillow was flat, chairs in the kitchen were flimsy and some lights out in the bathroom and my room. The location can't be beat, but be prepared to carry your stuff up three flights of stairs! Reception is a ways up. I also wasn't impressed with the host. He seemed to have better things to do. It's 60/40 for me and not in the hostel's favor. They could do better.
