On the night of November 18, 2024, guests arrived to check in. The staff's attitude in solving the guest's problem was extremely poor.

Room was great. Pick up from airport was excellent. Breakfast superb. The only negative was front office rep wouldn't organise a shuttle to the airport for me. I waited and hour and half, asked repeatedly. I ended getting a Grab and going to the airport myself.

I already told whole the story during checking in time with your customer service career. The toilet doesn't work at first, room is small and very dark. specially bad attitude customer service. I never come back here again.

Good room. Cool big and clean, like the rooms, quiet and nice location around it rarely has a restaurant stay 1 night. Because tomorrow morning going to Bangkok there is a casino next to the hotel. Not bad so don't get bored. Try the breakfast because you wake up late to chase the plane, the delivery to the airport is free, it's really good. Thanks to the first hotel.
