Great location, beautiful hotel, friendly helpful staff!

Very good location, spacious rooms, wish the had more windows. Breakfast was good. Spa was excellent. Peter at the front desk was very helpful and cooperative.

Breakfast was fabulous, staff courteous, fantastic location. Adjacent pub excellent. The entire city is within 1/2 km.

Brilliant hotel second time we have stayed here. The location is great right on the river & the staff are lovely can’t do enough for you. We used the spa this time & got an amazing massage.

The hotel’s restaurant is worth a visit.

The location could not have been better. Perfect for access to the old town, an excellent selection of bars and restaurants nearby, and right next to the water. The meal we had in the restaurant in the hotel was beautiful, and the service was friendly and professional.

Beautiful hotel. Second stay here. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room clean, spacious and comfortable. For the second time however we found the bar staff decidedly unhelpful. We returned to the hotel at around 9.30pm and were able to order one drink before being told the bar was closing. The following evening, different bar staff were curt and borderline rude. It seems they decide at what time the bar/restaurant closed. There were no signs stating closing times. It’s the first time as a hotel resident I have been unable to relax with a drink before 10.00pm. Lovely hotel but the experience in the bar would stop me returning here. Such a shame

Fantastic hotel! The room was immaculately clean and the bathroom was stunning. Staff were extremely helpful and happy to assist with the queries I had. Great location, very short walk into the main shopping and restaurant area. Would definitely stay again!

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Room very spacious with a large, clean bathroom and good shower. Staff very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel and we’d certainly stay here again.

Breakfast was perfect and fresh

The hotel was in a good spot, very convenient but along a quieter dockside so little traffic. No noise from clubs or passers-by, staff were friendly, plus there is a good bar and excellent bar staff - their own brand of beer was superb. The room was excellent but, sadly, side-facing so no city view. One major downside was the age of the building and its' construction - quaint style, solid walls, nice wooden beams, but with wooden floors you could hear every footstep in the room above and believe me sometimes at 2am or 7am it seemed like they were doing aerobics. We didn't try the restaurant as the menu didn't appeal - our fault! - but breakfast was always plentiful. Definitely a good experience of Gdansk.

Wonderful Spa but weird co ed naked

Wonderful place: spa ,location and nice rooms

Lovely hotel conveniently situated on the river by the old town and many sights within easy walking distance. Staff were all helpful and courteous and the room (we elected for premium) was spacious and well-appointed. Spa was very good too with booking system to prevent overcrowding in the saunas. Breakfast was extensive and varied providing a great start to the day. Would stay again and recommend.
