Staff fantastico. Dal primo istante siamo stati accolti conn un grandissiomo sorriso, e ci siamo sentiti subito coccolati. Camere pulitissime, e buona colazione. Check in e Check out impeccabili, torneremo sicuramente in questo bellissimo hotel! Grazie per la splendida vacanza!

The staff were always on hand to help and the service was excellent. We was a family of 3 with a toddler and this hotel was perfect for us. I think the hotel was quieter than usual due to Covid 19 but all the precautions were taken to prevent any spreading. Overall our stay was very pleasant and couldn't fault anything.

Warm welcome on arrival. Pleasant surroundings, very clean accommodation. Reception girls very helpful & knowledgeable Nice area, shops, beach & restaurants walking distance. Reasonably priced, value for money. Would recommend

We ate at the hotel on the first evening but wished we had ventured a little further afield ... in particular the pizza restaurant at the end of the road.

Pros: - clean spacious room - bathroom with two sinks - good area - close to restaurants, cafes, shops and a beautiful sandy Baja Sardinia beech - right next to a great water park Aquadream - if you stay over 3 nights, the entrance to the water park is complementary - lovely garden - friendly staff - free parking and WiFi Cons: - right next the the water park - the music and general noise level can be overwhelming- non stop the whole day - no safe in the room (there is one at reception) - towels are changed every 2 nights - no room service and the restaurant is closed after breakfast (though there is a bar)

Positives Rooms clean, pleasant lay out of rooms, possible to have your car right by your room, lots of space to park, breakfast standard continental fare ( did not eat at restaurant other than this), phi beach and ritual night clubs within walking distance Negatives 20 minute walk to the beach Noisy pool area due to the water park which is essentially part of the hotel (but free entry to the park great if you have kids) Did not restock the breakfast buffet as things ran out Summary Good place to stay if you plan to use it as a base to explore the surrounding area. I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking to spend a lot of time by the pool and in the hotel.

Ok hotel, basic but clean and in pretty gardens but couldn't relax as the noise from the water park is so horrifically loud between 11am and 5pm. Hotel staff were helpful until we ordered a taxi for 8pm which came 20min early - I asked reception if it could wait as I wasn't ready and they said that was fine. When I got to taxi, I was presented with a charge of 28euros before we'd even set off! The staff said it was because the taxi had come from another town and I had made him wait, to which I replied a) why wasn't i told if be paying for an out of town taxi? and b) I ordered it for 8pm - he came early, not my fault. I believe the staff should've informed me that he'd be charging these extra things. I then ended up paying €40 for a 2km trip. Staff said they'd contribute but they never did.

Loved La Jacia. Off the beaten track if you don't like touristy. Pool could do with an over haul and pool area VERY slippery but aqua park next door being ideal for families. Breakfast was adequate but could do with a toaster but all in all nice. Nice beach across the way and a local supermarket. Nice friendly restaurant across the way but like most restaurants be careful ordering as sometimes things are per gramme and bread and condiments are charged even if you don't want them. Quite at the time of our visit. A big let down was the water park next door was closed and not open until late June. Apart from that a nice holiday.

Zeer mooie kamer omgeven in de natuur. Een echt pareltje. Vriendelijke ontvangst en vriendelijk personeel, ziwel de kuisploeg, als al het personeel dat in het hotel rondliep. Gratis parking voor de deur. Komen elke dag de kamers doen. Supermarkt is dichtbij en 2 prachtige stranden ook dichtbij. Klein minpuntje op vrijdag en zaterdagavond, nachtlawaai van openluchtdiscotheek de berg verderop. Zou de moeite zijn om te bezoeken, maar hebben we niet gedaan, omdat er zoveel te zien is in deze omgeving. We hebben er echt van genoten.

Very nice hotel with lovely pool next to the Aquadream Park. Rooms are nice and clean, but our room had minor defects that could have been repaired. Breakfast buffet is nice, but the choice of food a bit limited. Staff very friendly and nice

Bellissimo soggiorno, indimenticabile, a rifare . Posti bellissimi, lo consiglio a tutti. 🙂

Tout est parfait, le cadre, le calme, les jardins, la piscine au top, le petit déjeuner sur une superbe terrasse, la chambre avec climatisation ... Le seul petit défaut est le wifi qui n'est accessible que dans les parties communes du a l'étendue du resort.

Sehr schöne angelegte Hotelanlage. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers ist nicht hochmodern aber erfüllt seinen Zweck sehr gut. Der Poolbereich ist zwar eher klein aber dafür sehr schön und gut zum entspannen. Ein Wasserpark ist direkt auf dem Nachbargrundstück, ideal für Kinder, kann aber wahrscheinlich schon etwas lauter werden (bei uns war er wegen Covid-19 geschlossen und gar kein Thema). Das Personal war extrem freundlich und geht auf individuelle Wünsche sofort ein. Das Frühstück gab es bei uns auf Bestellung direkt von der Frühstücksdame, die alles selber backt und zubereitet. Dementsprechend war es auch ein sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Lage des Hotels ist etwas außerhalb des Ortes, aber dennoch sind Strand und Promenade fußläufig (ca. 10min) erreichbar.
