The proximity to things was great. We could walk many places and the transit sytem was around the corner. Lots of places to eat close by and the abaility to move around the city was excellent!! Food was simple but good and other dining was close by,

Price was higher than quoted, ended up having to pay more. However had amazing stay, good air con for hot days and clean and large room.

Fast check in, friendly staff, spacious room (needs updating) but full of character. Minimal breakfast. Great restaurants in vacinity. Great location.

The hotel staff were very helpful when I had sent some messages before the trip about transportation. Also, the hotel is located in a really nice area of Bordeaux for shops and restaurants.

Love the all day/eve cafe for cafe or a drink. Love the jubilant atmosphere of the outside cafe, great people watching and the views from the rooms (those with windows) are fantastic.

The staff was very friendly. Restaurant was very convenient. The room was lovely and spacious. Toilet separate from bath was appreciated. The hotel is very, very conveniently located. Could walk to all major attractions. Would definitely return to this hotel. Handy elevator. Happy to see plenty local clientele eating at the indoor and outdoor seating. Loved Bordeaux!!

A clean room at a fair price. The only fault, I couldn't connect to WiFi. Even with staff assistant and it was unsecure

While a great location and room size was great, was disappointing that no bar fridge no tea/coffee making facilities and no tissues. And toilet button was broken

This hotel needs a complete refit location is excellent but standard of hotel is very poor . Will say the beds were very clean but bathroom was bad with water leaking out of shower into bedroom .

Excellent location, William gave me some great tips on where to go nearby. Hotel is opposite the Opera House (or something like that) and the pedestrian shopping area. Rooms are small and warm but great value for a cheeky weekend or overnight, easy access to airport tram. Will return.

Good location and value for money! Clean but dated decor

Unfortunately there was mold all over the carpet. There was also water leaking from the floor. The smell in the room was unbearable. We complained about the state of the room and the staff reacted as if they didn’t know about this problem. I later discovered that there were already several complaints about mold and a very dirty overall state of the hotel on the internet. To knowingly sell rooms in this kind of state is a total embarrassment. Definitely avoid this hotel and the neighboring hotel d’opera which apparently is of the same owner and seems to have similar issues

Hotel is a bit run down but very convenient, staff is friendly, breakfast at adjacent cafe was typical bread/croissant/ coffee

The check-in staff were polite & friendly, the location was great. The hotel is in need of an update. Room had leaky rust water marks on the door, smell in bathroom, stained very old carpet. The bed was just a double & very hard.
