Staff were friendly and helpful. The building is quiet and breakfast was lovely.

I like the oldest style, balconies. Convenient place, close to McDonald’s, a beautiful market street full o veggie, fruit and pastries. Near to train and metro. The view is excellent! The hotel room has and old and bad carpet and bathroom ceiling need reparation.

I loved this little hotel . It was clean , decorated to a high standard , the staff were very friendly & professional . It’s worth adding on breakfast Although on the smaller side my room was wonderfully clean & very comfortable .

Great renovated hotel with nice rooms and , above all, super friendly staff. I was working at night in the lobby, past midnight, and the person at front desk brought me a glass of cold water without me having asked for anything. Hi figured I was thirsty and he was spot on. Unfortunately I didn't ask for his name. Person during check in was very friendly too. We were at another hotel the night before at similar price, but this one is much better.

The employees are all very friendly and professional. The hotel is well situated (3min from the big church). Parking could be free from 6pm to 9am at 3min walk. No AC so don't book if you can't stand 85 degrees in the summer seasons...

Staff is grest

Everything was nice, except they need to add hair conditioner in the showers. My wife's hair was a mess. 😆

Bath room is very slippery/ could be molded as well. Have to ask front desk for cup of ice each time. Phone in room has no instruction on how to use it.

Excellent location, waking distance to all the sites we wanted to visit.

The property did not have any amenities just a basic room with beds, tea / coffee marker was also not provided.

Great view from room and spacious rooms. Staff and owner are also very helpful. Wifi though is not very useful.

I booked for Hotel Beau Site but we got move to Hotel Mediterrane . smooth and easy via email conversation. Highly recommended

Hotels in Lourdes are expensive and the price does not justify the quality you get. Saying this Beau Site is an ok hotel. The manager there was very kind and helpful. Everything else was pretty much basic. Good location, walking distance from the sanctuary.

we were transferred to another hotel in front of Hotel Beau Site. Hotel Mediterranee. Good hotel. I did not like the bathroom with a separate toilet room in the bedroom
