Very convenient and affordable.

Great location in the middle of everything. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I stayed here for Ironman Hamburg. The prices were lower than elsewhere and the location was convenient. The hotel and room are basic and the area outside isn’t the most inviting BUT it is very clean and well kept inside and the staff do everything to make you feel at home. It was a little hot in my room so I asked for a fan and it was provided. Overall a simple but clean and functional stay. Thank you!

This hotel is only 150m from the main station. The staff were friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my luggage with them prior to my room being available. Perfect for a solo traveler who just needs a bed for the night.

Absolute garbage, poor access, dirty, seedy. Lots of "casual" visitors from Reeperbahn.

Apart from its convenient location to the central station, and a friendly reception staff , there is little else to recommend about this property. Old facility , cosmetic improvements only, warm room -so windows had to be left open, and the street noise endured.

Hotel Terminus is exactly what the name suggests. It's literally 2 minutes walk from the main station in Hamburg and convenient for travellers on short stop-overs. The hotel is on a busy street with lots of kebab shops and people all over the place although it is very secure and you get buzzed in through the front door. Reception was friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and spacious for the price. Shower was ok and the bed was big (2 singles pushed together). I did have 2 issues with this hotel. The most important being the bed. Although the bed was ok, if a little hard, the pillows were awful and about as supportive as a wet towel. I really didn't sleep well on the 2 nights I was there as I just couldn't get comfortable. The other thing worth a mention is that there is a safe in the room but you have to pay extra to use it! If it's already there then it just seems a money making exercise to charge extra for using it, and an additional deposit for a key! Overall it was alright for the price but I wouldn't stay there again as the hard bed and useless pillows made for a very poor nights sleep.

Hotel Terminus is a fairly basic hotel. The room was pretty cosy. But all the facilities were immaculately clean. The service was prompt and friendly. The breakfast buffet was elegant and tasty. 24-hour reception was very convenient. The location was great—the area around Hauptbahnhof is not necessarily the nicest area in the city, but it is close to everything and has a brilliant 20-minute train connection to the airport.

The room was as promised, functional and the staff were very good. Access was limited to a very small elevator but no air conditioner which made the room quite hot. Very good location in relationship to the train station(hence the hotel name).

Well located value for money hotel. The staff are amazingly friendly. Very close to the main station so ideal for late arrivers (like us) . It's not plush so don't expect too much.

Centrally located hotel , perfect for a one/two night stay in the City. Room and building a little dated but modern bathroom and friendly reception staff.

This is an odd little hotel. I had a single room which was small and in need of renovation. That said, it was lean, functional and comfortable enough with an attached and renovated bathroom. The elevator stops are halfway between every second floor so there is always half a flight of steep stairs to negotiate. The staff are helpful and friendly, the wifi signal ok and I would reakfast good value. I would probably choose to stay there again.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Two blocks from the central train station. Lots of restaurants nearby.
