25€ each breakfast to get low quality, non fresh food, cheap jam, cheap yogurt, cheap bread in a location which is not Rome, Paris or Venice! We spent 75€ to get what in way better locations you get for an unforgettable dinner!

They had zero forms of entertainment no Netflix no Hulu no streaming service no ways to watch movies all they had was regular non-cable TV channels! What kind of four-star hotel does not have Netflix or the ability to show the viewer movies? Three star hotel at best. Also they have room service but they only have five items to choose from. And they are all forms of pasta. So you can’t watch TV and you can’t order room service so what can you do other than just sleep there and take a shower? Did you have a pretty cool gym nothing serious but that’s because you get so bored you have nothing else to do at least you can go there. How did they get the four stars I have no idea!? The staff was amazing though very nice and friendly

The service was amazing. They helped me with getting a taxi getting to the hotel when I was stranded at the translation. They send my glasses back to my home in France, when I left them in the hotel. All with a smile and super supportive. Great team at the reception. Thank you

Highly recommend this hotel when staying in Aalst (Belgium). The staff are very friendly and helpful. A comfortable, spacious room and bathroom. Plenty of towels and amenities. Breakfast with plenty of choice, hot or cold. I will definitely stay here again !

The hotel has some newly remodeled rooms that are very nice. The staff are really friendly and helpful.

All staff must surely be very positive to customer expectations. Very clean, smart decor and breakfast/dinner facilities excellent. Most important for British visitors, the TEA making facilities is brilliant, nice HOT cup of tea.

Lovely lady on reception at check in, who then moved through to serve us in the bar later. Nothing was too much trouble and she made an effort to make sure we had everything we needed. Bedrooms are a little bit dated compared to the modern hallways and lobby, and instant coffee in the rooms - should really consider a coffee machine. Breakfast had a good selection. Clean and comfortable.

This is a very friendly and convenient hotel at the city center. It was completely renovated recently and still has a feel of a new car. Highly recommend if you are in the area.
