We had heavy luggage as are also going skiing, so the location of HNN right near Principe Train Station & Flixbus stop was a big factor. But it's also an easy walk to all of the old town & the waterfront. When staying in hotels we always like option of a good breakfast included: HNN provides a very good one, with a variety of savoury, sweet, good pastries & cake, unlimited proper coffee, tea, juice, eggs etc. Reception staff v helpful, easy checking, stored our luggage pre & post check-in and checkout.

Hotel was really clean and tidy and ideally located to explore the delights of Genoa. Plenty of facilities nearby. Breakfast is worth it and there is something for everyone. Ask for milk for the room for your coffee!

Air con was broken, no settings worked Without aircon room was cold with not enough blankets. Every hour or so noise from an aircon or some compressor came through the window.

Lovely Hotel in an excellent location to the main train station. Rooms are refurbished but outside passages a bit grotty. New carpets are needed. My room was spacious but the shower was s nightmare. Too small to fit me and I’m not a big man. The temperature was difficult to adjust and I kept scolding myself. Finally I booked a room with a double bed and got 2 single beds joined together with a gap in the middle. Why do some hotels do this? and if they do why not tell the customer or have a mattress topper on top of the mattress. It was uncomfortable. It might be that this is only in my room but it could be like this in other rooms too. Finally the staff were amazing, all very friendly and helpful. Gave me some good eating recommendations thank you

The hotel is very conveniently located near the train station and all the main attractions. The hotel itself also left a pleasant impression, but we didn't like the breakfasts; they could have been more varied.

Okay breakfast selection. Great location if using the train system & 10 min walk to aquarium. Lots of good restaurants close by.

All very comfortable but watch out for the very hot water in the shower

Had a minor furniture issue on check in. Popped out and issue resolved before our return. Able to leave our luggage after check out. Lovely place thank u

Hotel was fine for one night as near station. Room was basic but good size. We got an earlier check in by a hour which was appreciated. Noisy early in morning as prepping breakfast outside our room.

Carpets are old and room had humidity odor. Beds were comfortable. Staff was nice
