Great place 3rd time we have been would thoroughly recommend

We enjoyed an excellent overnight stay at the B+B York. Helpful, cheerful staff and a breakfast to savour. The city centre was a 10 minute stroll away. Parking on the premises was a bonus Absolutely no complaints,

Nice room, great staff, good location.

The girl who served me breakfast was friendly and attentive and that’s the only good thing I have to say about this place. They charged me 15 pounds to park my car for one night, something which was NOT mentioned when booking. The room was stifling I had to have a window open for hours and even then took ages to get to sleep, the breakfast was adequate though only 1 sausage was particularly miserly given I asked for no eggs, it just sums up the attitude of this b and b, give as little away as possible an take as much off people as they can

The room was nice, breakfast had a good variety of different options, the hotel was in nice safe and quiet location.

The staff were wonderful and cleaning staff were so kind. The bed was very uncomfortable, and the rooms you can hear everything. My room was fine for a solo traveler.

Was a lovely comfortable place to stay, close to the centre of the town for walking. Nice quiet neighbourhood. And lovely friendly staff.

Great b+b with plenty of parking and a wonderful homemade breakfast. Less than 25 minutes walk to centre of town and from station.

Clean, comfortable room and courteous staff. Not in the City centre but easy walking distance to the City centre and train station. Breakfast was basic but good. Good value for the money. Would go back again.

Everything about our stay at the York B&B was excellent with friendly ,helpful staff .Our room was clean with a comfy bed.Location is very good with a 10 minute walk in to York .Car park on site .Good breakfast

The breakfast was really nice, staff were too however the economy single room was tiny, no door on the bathroom, opened the door and it hit the TV on the wall. Really disappointed. Payment info needs to be clearer, staff say one thing, confirmation says another!

10 min walk to centre of York so great location.Breakfast was very good and service great as well. Nice friendly staff. We stayed in room 23 which was situated in another building by the main hotel. Considering this was a double deluxe room there was a few negatives. The room looked a little tired and boring, dirty walls, broken shelf in the wardrobe. Grout missing from floor tiles in bathroom. The shower was probably the worst we've had we had to run around to get wet,but was big. The kettle provided had to be boiled on the floor as the lead was not big enough to use on the table provided. Parking was £10 a night nowhere else to park as on the road is all permit only parking. Plenty of spaces though. Had to pay an extra £10 to park until 1800 on the day of departure. To be honest we have stayed in much better hotels in York so will probably not return
