Spent amazing 3 nights at the thermen resort. Reception staff was extremely helpful in providing free train service card, directions for free laundry within the hotel. Apart from the wonderful sauna and infrared cabins to use, the amazing surprise was the restaurant in the next door hotel serving avocado vegan samosas(mouthwatering).

This was a very quick stop of two night we enjoy the nice facility and the great customer service and the sport activities that you can have .

We had a great stay-there is something for everyone here. Our ten year old daughter loved the pool. The hikes around Villach are fantastic.

The property is modern and clean. Customer service was good. The room was spacious with a great view. The spa and sauna were great. The gym is outstanding, the workout machines use air compressors to generate the force that would be synonymous with normal plates / weights. You are able to dial-in the exact resistance that you need at the touch of a button. I'd never seen anything like it and I will return to this beautiful property.

The property is suitable for families and children but comfortable for adults. But be careful when you book: They will charge DOUBLE for an additional guest push add-ons that are quite expensive.

My second time. Excellent hotel for relax and detox from a normal life . Great food and great facilities the room are very clean and comfortable personnel very friendly

This hotel is connected to a very nice hot springs and I guess that is why they are getting all the good online reviews. The hotel staff is just horrible if I have to describe them in one word. There is no concierge and the people behind the reservation desk are utterly unfriendly and unhelpful. The rooms are quite small but still feel empty!!. Only one pillow per person and synthetic bed linens. Nothing in the bathroom other than one soap and a low quality all-in-one shampoo+conditioner+body wash in the shower. If you are on the wrong side of the hotel above the electric engines room in the basement then the room vibrates even on the top floor. The parking garage is about 300 yards away and across the main road.

This is a great hotel, only 1 year old. Too bad I had to work every day at the European Bike Week in Faaker See and didn't get to enjoy it very much. This hotel was spotless and friendly and attentive staff. My room came with 3 meals a day which the food was excellent. This hotel is attached to a 5 star spa with 4 pools, sauna, massive work out area and beautiful surrounding. If your into clothing optional the spa also offers an area for you to get naked, not my bag but for some its great. The only down side was I wish the air conditioner worked a bit better.

Nice Dinner and very friendly staff. The swimming pool is a little bit small and only one slide is available.

Meravigliosa struttura moderna e ben curata. Abbiamo passato un weekend fantastico e rilassante. Poi vogliamo mettere la comodità di recarsi direttamente dall’albergo alle terme già in accappatoio..! Ottima colazione molto varia e ricca di proposte deliziose. Super super consigliato!

Schönes Hotel, freundliches Personal, die Zimmereinigubg war manchmal schwierig, aber sauber war es immer.... die VP war wirklich gut... SPA, Pool, etc. Alles super!
