This was a group trip for soccer, so we got in very late and left early the following morning, but for what we experienced, the whole facility was modern, clean, and breakfast was really good for it to be included with our room. Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable and the pool/hot tub area was nice for the kids.

I was on the top floor during a storm and it was literally raining into the room. You could see cracks in the ceiling so it’s not like this was a new issue, they choose not to fix it.

Everything was great except the hot water was not working on the day we were leaving

I was there for 3 nights and had two mornings of barely warm showers. I complained immediately that first morning. Others in the breakfast area complained of cold showers as well. Management said they fixed the problem but it wasnt fixed. I was offered a different room for the last night I was there, but was too busy with my work functions to even think about moving. Plus, I had already had two mornings of cold showers. I requested a room discount for the inconvenience but was told that because i booked on Travelocity, the rate was locked in. Apparently there was a large business group staying there while I was there. I'm guessing this hotel does not have a sufficient water heating arrangement for a full house. This is unacceptable.

The king bedroom was spacious, clean, huge TV, comfortable bed, & big bathroom with a walk in shower. Would highly recommend this newer hotel.
