Rooms: The rooms were clean, comfortable, and adequately maintained for a week-long stay. While the facilities are not luxurious, they are practical and suitable for business travelers and short-term stays. Housekeeping standards were consistently good throughout my stay. Service: The hotel staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to assist. A special appreciation to Maheswari from the housekeeping team for her dedication & attention to detail. The front office and restaurant staff were also courteous and approachable. Location: The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to major areas of Chennai, restaurants, shops, and transportation options. It is a practical location for both business and personal travel.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ambika Emprire, with very co-operative and responsive staff. The bathroom and rooms were very clean and well maintained. Complimentary breakfast had varieties of dishes and were tasty. Though all the staff were very co-operative, like to mention a few them like Ms Ayishwariya , front officer and Ms Maheshwari, in-charge of room services were always obliging in rectifying any fault at the earliest.

We had our engagement function at Hotel Ambica Empire, and it was a wonderful experience. The banquet hall was well maintained, beautifully arranged, and perfect for our event. The staff were professional, courteous, and always ready to help, ensuring everything went smoothly. The service was excellent throughout, and the food was delicious—our guests especially appreciated the quality and taste. Thank you to the entire team for making our special day memorable. I recently stayed in this hotel for 2 days when I visited Chennai in connection with a friend's function. The stay was good overall and breakfast was good. Improvements needed in the following things. No fan in the room. The airflow with the AC is weak despite maximum fan settings. This caused sweating which stained the pillow cover. Bathroom floor and door are stained with water residue marks and this needs professional cleaning. Housekeeping needs better training. Card key not opening at first and second attempts showing red. Overall it has been a good stay compared to my experience in other similar hotels in the area.
