Very welcoming staff

The hotel is in a industrial zone. There is a gas station nearby and they have a restaurant in walking distance from hotel.

The person in the front desk was very cooperative and friendly. The restaurant by the hotel offer good food at good price.

I was disappointed. No way this is a 4-star hotel, very old, outdated facility, and not clean. Worst is the heavy smoke smell in the room. I complained this to the front desk but was told all rooms are like this, but the hotel is advertised as a non-smoking property. This is unacceptable. Luckily the Wi-Fi didn’t work that day so the front desk transferred us to another property in the area. Still out-dated but we wouldn’t suffocate. The bright side is all the staff. Very warm and caring. We had to leave really early in the morning, before the start of breakfast, to catch our flight. The staff offered to make coffee for us. That was very sweet.

Although we only booked a double bed, the room came with additional bedding. The soaking tub was large and there was a restaurant next to to the hotel which was very helpful after a long flight!

Property itself is ok, just the surrounding area lets it down. Need a hire car or a lot of money for taxis.

Good size bed. Large room with balcony. Large bathroom with walk in shower.

Il frigo bar era spento e una presa di corrente del letto era rotta.

Camera ampia, bagno grande, colazione strepitosa ma pulizia che lascia a desiderare

Hotel con stanze ampie e silenziose.. unica pecca la colazione ...o meglio il personale... scortese e ricordava piu volte di non sprecare cibo. UN PO MENO!
