Don’t believe these fake 10/10 reviews. Those people are out of their minds or bots. The manager should NOT be working in hospitality, she was the absolute worst. Our check in took her 30 mins and we were the only people in line. I’ve stayed here before and usually it’s very fast and friendly. The room seemed clean but why is my skin still itching a week after my stay?! The elevator felt like it was going to break, making strange noises, scary! The parking was a nightmare with cars parking over the lines with many guest complained about door dings on yelp. TIP: Park on the roof I’m never staying here again.

The check in lady was rude. She was the manager, and I guess she was having a bad day. She made the check in process very unpleasant. Not to mention the room was dirty, the towels were dirty. My skin is still itching after a week. Never going back there again!

The room was very clean and spacious. Only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is because house keeper came knocking at our door 2 hours before our check out time

Property was very nice - except for check-in - the staff was very helpful. I had called to inform them that I would be a late arrival. Unfortunately due to airline problems I was two hours later than anticipated - arrived a little before 3:00am. The desk person was initially uncooperative but was able to eventually to get my reservation and room available for me. After a stressful day not what a traveler needed. If I visit Blackhawk again I'll probably make different arrangements.

Extremely beautiful rooms and fantastic bathrooms really clean. Needs more public bathrooms on casino floor and it needs a gift shop. Very expensive spa

We had a great stay but the dinning options were poor. Not enough choices and what was available wasn’t very good. We ate at the Monarch the following day and had a great breakfast.

Loved the location and visiting Central City.

Well kept property. Great gym and pool area. Only issue I can mention is poor directional signage in parking garage for finding exit (located on the 5th? Floor).

Awesome stay, but the way finding could use more work. Hard to find the valet and lobby when unloading and loading plus no baggage carts. Need more.

The parking was free and convenient, the room was large, clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was huge. We were there just one night as part of a road trip, but will be coming back. It was the most luxurious part of our trip.

Front desk people were great. Hotel is getting older, but still in good shape.

The place is beautiful. Casino area was spacious. Need more late night grub place. Staff were so friendly. Justinne at the front desk was so polite and friendly. Front desk is the first property is important and he definitely made us feel like we were going to have a great experience.

Total package resort! Excellent amenities offered from pool, hot tub, restaurants, bars, sportsbook, casino games and most of all... poker cardroom!! Food was delicious, rooms were luxurious and pool area was relaxing. Location was convenient with free shuttle transportation to all other casinos. Already planning my next stay at Ameristar Resort & Casino in Black Hawk, CO.
