Great parking and an easy and delightful walk into Ludlow centre. Staff friendly. Breakfast was good.

Would I stay again?...yes, definitely. Great location, quiet with a 10 minute walk into town. Warm welcome. Comfortable room & bed. Delicious breakfast.

The staff were extremely helpful, especially when I lost my plug adapter.

Lovely hotel near Ludlow and castle. room, bed and shower a little small but serviceable for one night. Cooked breakfast excellent.

The Hotel was very inviting, friendly with a relaxing atmosphere and in a good location to reach Ludlow. The room was clean and comfortable with views over the countryside and were quiet. The staff were very helpful and the hotel was well run. The breakfast and evening meal were excellent

Comfy bed and room, tasty breakfast included, great view of Ludlow castle, lots of free parking (a big plus in Ludlow) and an easy walk into the town centre.

Great location if visiting Ludlow as only 15/20 minute walk in so ditch the car at the hotel! Small hotel but perfect for a short break. If tall maybe mention on booking as some rooms are second floor and have eaves which could present a challenge! We stayed in Room 7 which had all we needed but was compact. However hotel good value and suited us perfectly. Would stay again.

Location excellent - just a 10 minute pleasant walk to Ludlow Castle and town. Very good breakfast and dinner menu and food was top class.

Clean rooms with good selection of hot beverage. Very comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast options included in the price. Make sure to book in for an evening meal too as it was superb, beautifully presented and delicious.

Very kind helpful staff. Lovely quiet, hotel with beautifully decorated interior. Absolutely fantastic breakfast which made allowances for my vegetarian, dairy free needs. The quality of the produce was top notch and cooked to perfection. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again.

Hotel is in great location. Room was fine, clean and functional. Pillows were awful though, really thin and flimsy, had to use throw cushions behind them. Breakfast was average. I last stayed here about 8 years ago and remember breakfast being standout but this was not the same high standard. Car park / steps to hotel were frozen over from the moment I arrived due to wintry weather but it took about 24 hrs for them to put any grit down (during which time it snowed again and froze over again so was particularly slippery) - even when they did grit it was in odd places so trying to get to your car was very dicey!

Food lovely, in keeping with it being a restaurant with rooms not an hotel. Other than restaurant the facilities are limited. Staff friendly and helpful. Walk to town centre is up a steep hill so not for those with mobility issues.

Room was clean, we stayed in the lodge, so could park the car directly outside our room. Very dog friendly hotel, bar has a good selection of beers and wines,food was excellent. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Clean room. Staff very welcoming and efficient in service. Meals were good quality.
