Our first trip to Puebla, the staff was SUPER friendly and helpful. The Manager David was very helpful and even arranged for our taxi to catch a real early flight out of Puebla and even offered to personally take Us to the airport if necessary. Very close to the Zocalo , quiet , comfortable rooms. Casa Padua Made our first trip to Puebla a very Memorable one. Thank You, The Rodriguez Family

Nice quiet clean Colonial style hotel just 4 blocks for the main square. Lots of good restaurants within walking distance. Staff was friendly, beds were great. We slept well. Our room entrance was from a courtyard, which we used as an outdoor space.

This hotel got a lot of five star reviews and not sure why? Five stars to me means like wow, 4 Seasons type stuff. Don’t expect anything like that with this hotel! There were signs that said spa and gym but they were both closed and I got the impression they were just that “signs”! With that being said the hotel was quite and clean. The location was just a couple of blocks from the historic district which was nice. The internet worked well in the room. The staff was friendly and made sure we had fresh towels and water everyday. I spoke with my girlfriend and We both agreed that 3.5 was a reasonable rating. I would like to mention that compared to the other hotels in the area this would rating would be among the highest. The reason being in my opinion that since every building in the historic district is over 300 years olds!

We booked hotel because of the location, very closed to downtown and cathedral, museums, restaurants. The hotel building established in 1604, looks very homey and cozy inside. Beds and pillows are comfortable, was missing some chairs that we can sit down or put our clothes. Bathroom was clean and sink needs some hooks for towels. We loved sitting outside in the yard, although we were only one guests there. Breakfast was tasty, but i feel like they need to work on new menu like American style with eggs/hash browns. There breakfast was Mexican spicy/chilly style. Pancakes were super good and tasty. Service was slow. Overall we liked our stay.

Everyone was very professional. Clean and modern environment. The bed was a tad bit too stiff and the water pressure in the shower was not the best but overall a great hotel to stay at. Would defiantly recommend it and will be staying in this hotel again in the future.

We have stayed in six different hotels in Puebla over the years, and this one suited is best. Located around the corner from Museo Amparo and just three blocks from the zocalo in an attractive and well maintained historic building, it is a great way to experience the historic center of Puebla. Rooms are small but well appointed, air conditioned and brightly lit. Staff is incredibly attentive. Full breakfast, oddly rare in hotels in this area, was hearty and delicious. This hotel does not have an elevator, but staff carried our bags up for us.

Felix and staff made me feel comfortable and welcome from the start. The size of the hotel was conducive to comfort and familiarity. My room was the junior suite with a great bed. A tasty breakfast was included with many choices. The location was ideal for walking to many of the wonderful sites in the area.

Too much traffic and street noise could be heard from our room as the window faced a busy street. Needed earplugs at night. Great breakfast and Felix was very helpful with the breakfast service and information. Nice staff. Recommend a room away from street side .

Our weeklong stay at Casona San Antonio was wonderful. The hotel is only steps away from Puebla's historical center with its myriad attractions. Located in a beautifully renovated colonial style mansion, the hotel offers a restaurant, spa, and gym. Our room wss spacious and spotlessly clean. The wonderful staff was friendly, helpful, warm and welcoming. They treated us as family not just clients. When next we return to Puebla, as we certainly want to do, we will definitely stay at Casona San Antonio. It is our new home away from home.
